Responsibilities:
Duties include assisting in all aspects of server support including patching,upgrading and maintaining both hardware and software. Assists with account creation and maintenance. Assists other IT support staff with various technologies as needed. Assist with daily on-going issues and handles more complex issues. Assists in the design of new systems and procedures. Works on special server team projects as assigned.

Flexible schedule necessary - long hours as well as some weekends and holidays as needed to ensure the department meets production commitments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Science
• 3-5 years of IT experience
• Has experiences in Server/Database administration, Network, Web Hosting,Apache, Tomcat
• Experience on a UNIX or Linux platform
• Has certain knowledge in Java, Perl, HTML/XML, Web Services
• 3+ years’ experience in a large environment.
