This day trip into the snowy mountains of upstate New York is perfect for skiers of all levels. Spend a day at Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, just over two hours out of the city.

With Hunter One, an independent training mountain enhanced by its own user-friendly lifts and specially designed terrain within the larger resort, beginners at Hunter easily master a sequential series of skills, gaining confidence at each level.

There are many more reasons to ride Hunter, but the best way is to discover them for yourself ride its perfectly groomed slopes, drink in one of the many popular pubs and eat from the area's many restaurants.

Hunter Mountain can be found in the towns of Hunter and Lexington, At 4,040 feet, it is the 2nd highest peak in the Catskills. The mountain is closely associated with the ski resort on its northwest slope.

Permission Slip for Minors: A parent or legal guardian must complete and bring along a Minor Permissions Slip for each child aged 16 and younger. Children's packages are limited and should be purchased at least one week prior to trip date. Guests with children will need to bring valid copies of the children's birth certificates.
