Day 1: New York - Watkins Glen+ - Niagara Falls (487 miles)

Today we will head north to Watkins Glen and Finger Lake in upstate New York ( If they are closed, we will visit the Corning Glass Center ). We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY.

Watkins Glen is a village in Schuyler County, New York. This is the birthplace of the Watkins Glen International, one of the premier automobile road racing tracks in the United States. Sitting on the south shore of Seneca Lake, it is also famous for its beautiful natural sceneries.

  • Glen Creek has carved a dramatic gorge into the Watkins Glen hillside, resulting in a large, cavern-like network of rock formations.

The Finger Lakes is a group of 11 long, narrow, roughly north-south lakes in central New York. The Lake's shapes reminded early map-makers of human fingers.

  • Seneca Lake is the largest glacier lake in the Finger Lakes area. More than 50 wineries locate here, thanks to the unique climate of Seneca Lake. Finger Lakes are a group of 11 long, narrow, roughly north–south lakes in an area informally called the Finger Lakes region in Central New York. The Indian legend says the Creator was resting with his hands while creating everything. Geologists explain that Finger Lake was formed due to the continuous erosion of the land by glaciers during the Ice Age.

Corning is a city in Steuben County, New York, United States, on the Chemung River. The population was 11,183 at the 2010 census. It is named for Erastus Corning, an Albany financier and railroad executive who was an investor in the company that developed the community.

  • This museum in western New York is dedicated to the history, art, and science behind glassmaking. Its collection contains more than 45,000 objects, some of which date back millennia. It was founded in 1951 and sees 400,000 visitors annually.

Day 2: Niagara Falls - Niagara Falls Canada - Toronto (83 miles)

After watch the IMAX Theater Niagara Falls we will enjoy the Hornblower Niagara Cruise if time permits. Then we will head to the Skylon Tower Observation Deck and have a lunch. Afterwards we will come to visit the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, Casa Loma or Toronto Sightseeing Harbour Tour, and also enjoy a seafood dinner.

1. If the Toronto Sightseeing Harbour Tour is closed, the attraction will be replaced by Casa Loma (Optional, 60 mins).

Day 3: Toronto - Thousand Islands - New York (473 miles)

Thousand Islands to take a Cruise Tour of the area (closed on winter). As the name indicated, the Thousand Islands constitute an archipelago of 1,864 islands that straddles the Canada-U.S. border in the Saint Lawrence River. Before back to New York, we will have a short stay at duty-free stores.

An international tourism destination situated between Canada and the United States along the St. Lawrence River. The region takes its name from the more than 1,000 islands that dot the lakes and rivers along this international waterway.

  • In addition to taking in the scenery, passengers on boat tours of this area can learn some of the history of the region-- which was once home to pirates and bootleggers-- and enjoy views of some famous spots.
