Visit Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist, Niagara Falls Night Tour), Corning (Corning Museum of Glass).

Day 1: New York - Corning - Watkins Glen+Finger Lake (Summer only) - Niagara Falls (404 miles)

In the morning, we will drive from New York City to visit the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY to learn about glassmaking or the Watkins Glen State Park and Finger Lake (in summer). (**We will visit them only when weather condition allows.) From there, we will continue to Niagara Falls, NY, where we will see the Niagara Falls Illumination.

Corning is a city in Steuben County, New York, United States, on the Chemung River. The population was 11,183 at the 2010 census. It is named for Erastus Corning, an Albany financier and railroad executive who was an investor in the company that developed the community.

  • This museum in western New York is dedicated to the history, art, and science behind glassmaking. Its collection contains more than 45,000 objects, some of which date back millennia. It was founded in 1951 and sees 400,000 visitors annually.

Watkins Glen is a village in Schuyler County, New York. This is the birthplace of the Watkins Glen International, one of the premier automobile road racing tracks in the United States. Sitting on the south shore of Seneca Lake, it is also famous for its beautiful natural sceneries.

  • Glen Creek has carved a dramatic gorge into the Watkins Glen hillside, resulting in a large, cavern-like network of rock formations.

The Finger Lakes is a group of 11 long, narrow, roughly north-south lakes in central New York. The Lake's shapes reminded early map-makers of human fingers.

The Indian legend says the Creator was resting with his hands while creating everything. Geologists explain that Finger Lake was formed due to the continuous erosion of the land by glaciers during the Ice Age.

  • On this relaxing night tour, you will get to see the majesty of Niagara Falls from nearby Goat Island as the roaring waters are brilliantly illuminated against the night sky.

    The completeness of night view on certain summer evenings may be limited or not available due to late sunset time and US Federal Government regulations on driving hours

Day 2: Niagara Falls - New York (408 miles)

In the morning, we will joining an In-Depth Tour that visits at places such as Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara. Then we will ride the Maid of the Mist and and have a Daytime View in Niagara Falls. We will arrive back at the pickup points in New York in the evening.
Note: Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls Boat usually closed in winter season, we'll visit Cave of the Winds instead.
