  • Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted: (1) Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $559 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years.

Day 1: Chicago - Milwaukee - Green Bay - Escanaba (319 miles)

We will start our first day and visit Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee. After the museum, we will head to the famous Milwaukee Public Market and see a variety of Wisconsin specialty foods, including cheese and sausage. Next, we will continue driving north along the Lake Michigan. We will enjoy our dinner in Green Bay. After dinner, we will head to the hotel.

    Harley-Davidson Museum

    The Harley Davidson Motorcycle Company has over 100 years of history, making some of the finest "choppers" - a style of motorcycle - in the world. This museum chronicles that history through exhibits, real motorcycles, and other artifacts.

    This city in Wisconsin is best known as the home of the Packers, one of the National Football League's oldest franchises. It is an industrial city with plants predominantly dedicated to meatpacking and paper.

Day 2: Escanaba - Lake Superior - Sault Ste. Marie - St. Ignace (332 miles)

Today, we will enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Superior as we drive along the Pictured Rocks National Shoreline, a stunning area on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Then we'll go to Miner's Beach to nearly see the lake, to see the Lake Superior from a different angle and visit Amber Twin Falls. Late afternoon, we will go to Sault Ste. Marie, MI visit the Soo Locks. Since there were rapids of water falling 21 feet from Lake Superior to Lake Huron and forbidding the waterway commuting. We will head to St. Ignace after dinner.

    Pictured Rocks National Shoreline

    This stretch of shoreline on the coast of Lake Superior in Michigan is known for its exquisite beauty and bountiful forest, full of oceanview trails.

    Miner's Castle

    The Castle is the place we can see unique rock formation and colorful cliffs standing by the translucent blue water of Lake Superior.

    Amber Twin Waterfalls

    Taquahmenon Falls and Lower Falls are two of the most famous falls, also are called Amber Twin Falls.These two falls are colorful, silk like falls. Flowing water of this falls is shining like thousands of diamonds under sunshine.

    Miner’s Beach

    Miners Beach is just up the shore from Miners Castle - which tends to be more of an attraction than the beach. Sugar sand beach with a spectacular view of Pictured Rocks to the East. The road is paved almost right down to the beach, with a spacious parking area, camping sites with fire pits, stairway down to the beach.

    Soo Locks

    The Soo Locks are a set of parallel locks which enable ships to travel between Lake Superior and the lower Great Lakes. They are located on the St. Marys River between Lake Superior and Lake Huron, between the Upper Peninsula of the US state of Michigan and the Canadian province of Ontario.

Day 3: St. Ignace - Mackinaw - Traverse (89 miles)

Today, we will head to Mackinaw City, where we will take a scenic speedboat ride to Mackinac Island. Once there, we can take a carriage tour of the island (at our own expense) . Later, we will head to Traverse (30min) .

    Mackinack Island, just off Michigan's shoreline, is only accessible by ferry or plane. A unique local law prohibits the use of motor vehicles, so be ready to either walk, bike, or horseback ride. Regular musical acts spice up the nightlife.

    Mackinac Bridge

    This suspension bridge, the fifth longest in the world, spans more than 26,000 feet above the Straits of Mackinac to connect the upper and lower peninsulas of Michigan.

    This city in Michigan is the largest producer of tart cherries in the U.S., hosting the National Cherry Festival during the first week of harvest in July. It is also one of the Midwest's largest wine producers.

Day 4: Holland - Kalamazoo - Chicago (151 miles)

In the morning we will travel to Holland, Michigan. With the guidance of a local guide, we can experience the immigrants and the traditions they brought here. Later in the afternoon, we will be visiting Gilmore Car Museum. We will return to Chicago in the late afternoon.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $12 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $12 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $48.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary

  • Luggage: Each customer may bring on board one checked luggage plus one carry-on bag.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort upon arrival.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
