      • 1. Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure; 2. Discounted price is not applicable on special holidays; 3. No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurrs $828 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to ages 3-9. Infant under 2 years old is free of charge. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults,children and Infants).
    Day 1

    Los Angeles

    We begin our tour by meeting in Los Angeles, where a tour guide will meet you at the Baggage Claim Area of the airport. From there we will transfer to our hotel for check-in.

    Day 2

    Los Angeles - Las Vegas - St. George (389 miles)

    We will leave Los Angeles area in the morning. We will drive past the San Bernardino Forest and through the Mojave Desert into the state of Nevada. We will have lunch in Las Vegas and then proceed east. We will spend the night in St. George, UT.

    Day 3

    St. George - Antelope Canyon - Red Canyon - Salt Lake City (452 miles)

    Today we will visit two of the Southwest's most famous national parks: Red Canyon (inside Dixie National Forest) and Antelope Canyon(Guide will decide whether go to Upper or Lower Antelope Canyon). After spending the day enjoying the natural scenery, we will head to Salt Lake City, UT for the night.
    • Antelope Canyon, AZ

      This slot canyon, made of sandstone, was formed by flood and rainwater. Its narrow, winding passageways and high walls give Upper Antelope Canyon its unique and distinctive appearance. It is on a Navajo reservation.

      Antelope Canyon may be closed due to other irresistible condition and we will visit X Canyon instead.

      Upper Antelope Canyon

      Upper Antelope Canyon is called "the place where water runs through rocks" by the Navajo. Its entrance and entire length are at ground level, requiring no climbing. Beams occur most often in the summer months, as they require the sun to be high in the sky. Light beams start to peek into the canyon March 20 and disappear October 7 each year.

      Lower Antelope Canyon

      The lower canyon is in the shape of a "V" and Longer, shallower than the Upper Antelope. Lighting is better in the early hours and late morning. It draws a considerable number of photographers.

    • Dixie National Forest, UT

      It is a national forest with 17-mile wild reserve with various plants and animals. The beauty of the red sandstone in Red Canyon is outstanding. It also allows guests to hike and fish here.

      Red Rock Canyon

      It is well-known of its special vermilion-colored rock formations. The formations are outstanding and they rival those of Bryce Canyon National Park. There is a visitor center for guests to look for information about various activities.

    Day 4

    Salt Lake City - Yellowstone (369 miles)

    Depart early in the morning, we will drive along the Great Salt Lake basin. The salinity of water here is seven times greater than that of the ocean. After visiting Hill Aerospace Museum, you will reach the cowboy state of Wyoming by noon. After lunch, head to the world famous Yellowstone National Park. Stay in West Yellowstone.

    Yellowstone - Grand Teton NP - Jackson Hole - Salt Lake City (330 miles)

    In the morning drive along the Snake River to the Grand Teton National Park. Then proceed to cowboy town - Jackson Hole in the afternoon. You can enjoy free time to walk around the town and have lunch at Jackson Hole. Continue heading south along the Great Salt Lake. Stay at Salt Lake City.

      Grand Teton National Park is is located in the Rocky Mountains, Northwest Wyoming. Grand Teton National Park is noted for its stunning mountain vistas, its shimmering alpine lakes and its abundant wildlife.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Cancellation penalties per person

    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    • 15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
