    • Land Hotel:: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 yrs old. Child above 2 yrs must take the seat.     We start the amazing tour in the morning. At first, we will visit Bayou Rum it is distilled from locally grown sugarcane in southern Louisiana, USA. In the afternoon we will arrive Biloxi, MS, enjoy the rest of the time.

In the afternoon, we will arrive Miami to take the cruise for sightseeing, you will see the luxury properties and the second largest finical city - Miami. Then we'll enjoy the reat of time in South Beach. Enjoy the beach or South Beach's historic Art Deco architecture or the fine Oceanside dining - or all of it in a single day.     Miami - Key West - Miami (328 miles)

    It is 180 miles from Miami to Key West through 32 islands and 42 bridges. World famous Seven-Mile Bridge is a highlighted attraction here. The amazing scenery along the south nation and colorful beaches will make you feel in a fairy land. Here guests can take pictures with its landmark "the edge of the sky, the rim of the sea". The next famous stop is the Ernest Hemingway's House. After that, tourists can buy some souvenirs in local stores. On the way back to hotel, guests will have a chance to see the fabulous sunset.

      1) General visit visa (B1/B2), which allows you to travel to America multiple times in a year.

      4) Student visa: Passport and student documents (I20) must be provided at the same time. (Required when boarding the above two original documents, otherwise the company may refuse to let you board the cruise).

      * * Each cabin should have at least one guest who is 25 year old or above. Women pregnant over 20 weeks and infants under 6 months are not recommended for the cruise tour. Call in to confirm the tour is required.
    • Itinerary may change due to circumstances. Your hotel stay may be changed or adjusted. Check in time is at 3:00pm, please make last minute adjustments with your agent.

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Cancellation penalties per person

    • 0-30 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
