We liked the Grand Canyon Railway experience. the train didn't go too fast so that we could enjoy the scenery. We had a fun tour guide on board as well. Recommend.

    Itinerary

Depart from the Las Vegas Strip at 5:00am, we will begin our journey as traveling through the Mojave Desert.

We will arrive in the next destination - Williams, AZ around in the mid-morning, referred to as the "Gateway to the Grand Canyon". We will get the chance to relive the old Wild West as the local cowboys reenact a "gun fight" right in the middle of the town!

Following the show, we will board the historic Grand Canyon Railway train for a leisurely ride through the scenic forest. The train will be equipped with comfortable seating and air conditioning. During the trip, we can also enjoy entertainment from strolling musicians roaming the cars, explore the scenery during the ride to the Grand Canyon and there will be service attendants to answer any questions.

Once arrival at the Grand Canyon South Rim, we will be dropped off at the Grand Canyon Village, the deepest and widest part of the canyon. The tour guide will also take us to visit all the popular attractions in the Grand Canyon National Park such as El Tovar, Hopi House, Kolb Photo Studio, and the Bright Angel Lodge. After spending 2 hours at the South Rim, we will ride in our luxury bus back to Las Vegas.
