    Today we will gather in Las Vegas. Those who need to be transferred from the airport to the hotel should meet the guide by 1:30pm at the Terminal 1 Starbucks or Terminal 3 Gate 54 on Level 0. This is the only free transfer time. Anyone arriving at other times can either pay a fee or arrange their own transportation to the Stratosphere Hotel, where they should convene in the lobby by 3:30pm. There is an optional night tour for those who wish to explore the city.

    Chocolate Factory - Cactus Garden - Barstow Outlet - Los Angeles (228 miles)

    Early morning we will head toward the M&M Chocolate factory and the Cactus Garden. At the chocolate factory you can taste some of the famous specialty chocolates. Take the included onsite tour and you can see the process of making chocolates. At the Cactus Garden you can take pictures of hundreds of cactus plants from all four US deserts. After lunch,we will go to Barstow Outlet for brand name shopping. In the early evening we will return to Los Angeles.

    Los Angeles - Puerto Nuevo - Ensenada - Rosarito Beach (995 miles)

    Early in the morning, we will leave Los Angeles and head south of the border! Our first stop of the day will be Puerto Nuevo, MX, which is most famous for its amazing Mexican-style lobster meals. Here we will have a delicious Lobster Lunch before continuing on. Our next stop will be Ensenada, MX, where we will take a coastal Boat Tour of the fishing town. Guests will also have some free time to shop. We will head to the resort town of Rosarito Beach, MX for the night.

    Rosarito Beach - Tijuana - Los Angeles (137 miles)

    Our morning will be spent exploring Rosarito Beach, MX, a coastal resort that got its start as a fishing town and it now a popular vacation spot the world over. Guests are invited to speak to their tour guide about arranging optional activities such as horseback riding or beach motorcycling. Around lunchtime, we will board the bus and drive north to the border town of Tijuana, MX, making a brief stop before continuing back to Los Angeles, CA for the night.

    • Las Vegas in: LAS airport pick up only available at 1:30pm. Guests could meet the tour guide at the Starbucks in Terminal 1 or Gate 54 in Terminal 3.
      If arriving outside this period, you can pay for the private pickup available between 10:30 am to 10:30 pm. The first guest will be charged for $50, and the rest guests will be charged for $10/person, up to 5 guests/car.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.

    Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 8-14 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
