    Pricing Policy

    • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Price has been adjusted to reflect the discount (2) Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (3) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $468 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. (4) Self dismiss of discounted passenger incurs about $100 - $250 penalty fee depending the date you leave.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
    • Seat Category: First 5 Bus Rows, $10/person/day, subject to availability. Do not apply for the day tour like LA theme parks 10 options, Napa Valley+Sausalito or Redwood Forest+Monterey.
    • Mandatory fees are part of the tour fares which customers are obligated to pay on the tour. If any customer refuses to pay mandatory fees, we reserve the right to terminate service with no refund. The infant under 3 years old by taking seats also needs to pay for it.

    Complimentary airport pickup time range is between 8:30am to 22:30pm(U.S flights), 8:30am to 21:30pm(International flights). Meet our tour guides at baggage claim area for US/Canada domestic flights. Meet our tour guides in front of currency exchange at Terminal B for International flights. Early arrival customers before 5pm (PDT)/3:30pm (PST) are able to join Santa Monica Sightseeing Tours.

    In the morning, we will depart from Los Angeles, driving through the Mojave Desert and passing through Barstow. When we reach Las Vegas, we will enjoy lunch and shopping at the Fashion outlets. Guests will also be able to enjoy many optional activities around the city, including the High Roller, a Las Vegas Night Tour, or one of the city's famous shows.

    Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Page (5 miles)

    We will head toward Colorado Plateau in the morning, taking photos at the famous Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. After lunch, we will head toward Lake Powell, stopping by the Glen Dam to overlook the tranquil Lake Powell

At the end of the day, we will go to Gallup, the center of the local Native American population.

      Monument Valley in Arizona is home to exquisite desert scenery and immense geological formations that can be seen for miles around. The valley lies within the range of the Navajo Nation Reservation and is accessible from U.S. Highway 163.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.

    Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 8-14 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
