    Los Angeles - Las Vegas (269 miles)

    Today we will drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, NV. Upon our arrival in Vegas, guests are invited to join a night tour of the city.

    In the morning, we will drive to the Grand Canyon National Park at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We will spend the day exploring this natural wonder, and even have the chance to see an IMAX Movie. We will return to Las Vegas for the night.
    Note: From 10/17/2018 on, we will substitue with the new itinerary as follow:
    In the morning we will leave for the Grand Canyon National Park (in-depth tour around 4 hours). We will stop at Mather Point, Yavapai Point and Bright Angel Lodge. We can also take the helicopter at own expenses. In the afternoon, we will arrive Williams Arizona to visit the Bearizona Wildlife Park where we could find the bears, jaguars, bisons, deers, wolfs and etc. Afterwards we will enjoy a western cowboy's buffet here. Overnight in Williams.

    • Williams, AZ

      Williams is a city in Coconino County, Arizona, west of Flagstaff. It lies on the route of Historic Route 66, Interstate 40, and the Southwest Chief Amtrak train route. It is also the southern terminus of the Grand Canyon Railway, which takes visitors to Grand Canyon Village. There are numerous inns, motels, restaurants and gas stations that cater to the large influx of tourists rather than local residents, especially during the summer and holiday seasons.

      Bearizona Wildlife Park with Dinner

      More animals are exhibited in Fort Bearizona, a beautiful 20 acre walk-thru area, along winding paths which is more of a "zoo" type setting.

    Option 3:

    Las Vegas - Lower Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Las Vegas (431 miles)

    Early in the morning, we will depart for Antelope Canyon, a narrow, colorful slot canyon with a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. This area is highly regarded by photographers from around the world, so we should have our cameras ready! Later on, we will proceed to Horseshoe Bend, where the Colorado River takes a dramatic 270 degree turn. Around 7:30pm, we will get back to Las Vegas.
    • Antelope Canyon, AZ

      This slot canyon, made of sandstone, was formed by flood and rainwater. Its narrow, winding passageways and high walls give Upper Antelope Canyon its unique and distinctive appearance. It is on a Navajo reservation.

      Lower Antelope Canyon

      The lower canyon is in the shape of a "V" and Longer, shallower than the Upper Antelope. Lighting is better in the early hours and late morning. It draws a considerable number of photographers.

    Before returning to Los Angeles, we will visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Gardens. On our way west, we will stop in Barstow, CA to visit the Tanger Outlets. We will arrive back in Los Angeles at night.

    Los Angeles - Yosemite National Park (279 miles)

    In the morning, head south to Yosemite National Park through miles of vineyards, orchards, and fertile farmland of California. Enter Yosemite National Park to view the highest waterfall in California.Yosemite Falls, El Capitan Rock, and Tunnel View.
    Note: under extreme weather conditions, we will go to Sequoia National Park instead.

      Yosemite National Park in central California is best known for the amazing granite cliffs of the Yosemite Valley as well as the towering Yosemite Falls and Sequoias. Millions of people every year journey to this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

      Yosemite will be replaced by the Sequoia National Park if the weather doesn't permit.

      Half Dome

      The Half Dome is one of the most recognizable formations in California's Yosemite National Park. It is known the world over as a challenging and rewarding hiking and mountain climbing location, attracting thousands of adventurers every year.

      El Capitan

      The largest granite monolith in the world, El Capitan is located across from Bridalveil Falls in Yosemite National Park. It juts up about 3,000 feet from the ground, and is a favorite of experienced rock climbers.

      Merced River

      This 145-mile-long river flows from the Sierra Nevada down into California's Central Valley. Visitors to Yosemite National Park can hike along the river's banks or even go for a whitewater rafting trip down its rapids.

      Yosemite Falls

      Palace of Fine Art

      The grandiosely-named Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California is a huge, ornate outdoor structure that is part of the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Its amazing architecture has made it popular for weddings and photography.

      Lombard Street

      Lombard Street is a famous road in San Francisco that is known for having eight steep, hairpin turns climbing up a one-block stretch between Hyde and Leavenworth Streets. The strange-looking stretch of road is a famous Bay Area spot.

      San Francisco Chinatown

      San Francisco's incredibly famous Chinatown neighborhood in the oldest Chinatown in North America and the largest Chinese community outside of Asia. Established in 1848, this once-small enclave has grown to over 100,000 residents and draws tons of tourists annually.

    San Francisco - Roaring Camp - Los Angeles (366 miles)

    Guests will be picked up from the hotel in the morning. In the morning, we will go to the Roaring Camp in the old-growth redwood forest. In 1875 Santa Cruz built the first railway to the Redwood Forest and Santa Cruz Beach. Now we will take the open steam train that slowly climbs the slopes of 39 degrees, and cross the mahogany forest along the railway built in the last century. Return to Los Angeles in the evening.

      The steam trains that run along Roaring Camp Railroads' lines are authentic, dating back to 1867 and the protection of an area of redwoods known as the "Big Trees." The railway was established in 1875 to carry tourists there.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
