    • Buy 2 get 3rd discounted details:
      • Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure.
      • No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $748 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
      • Discounted price is not applicable on special holidays.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to ages 3-9. Infant under 2 years old is free of charge. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults,children and Infants).

    Los Angeles - Route 66 - Williams (431 miles)

    In the morning, we depart for Arizona via Route 66. And we'll pass through the most beautiful section of Route 66 - the Arizona section, which still retains the style of the 1950s and is called the "Classic Route 66". On this road, people will have the illusion of passing through time and space and returning to the old times. The section has been designated the National Scenic Byway and is called Historic Route 66. Overnight in Williams.

    Williams - Grand Canyon - Antelope Canyon - Page - Monticello (353 miles)

    In the morning, we depart for Grand Canyon National Park which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.. Then we proceed to the Antelope Canyon, this colorful Canyon was a famous long and narrow canyon with a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. Then we arrived at the giant rock surrounded by the river bay shaped like a horseshoe. Overnight in Monticello.

    This morning we will make the four-hour drive to Arches National Park, where guests will have time to explore Utah's most famous scenery. After our visit, we will drive for six hours into the state of Colorado to Denver, CO, where we will spend the night.

    Denver - Cheyenne - Mount Rushmore - Crazy Horse - Gillette (438 miles)

    In the morning we will continue on our journey through Wyoming, passing through the state capital and famous cowboy town of Cheyenne, WY on our way to the Mt. Rushmore National Memorial. From there, we will travel to the nearby Crazy Horse Memorial. After our visit, we will travel to Gillette for the night.

      This famous United States monument in the Black Hills of western South Dakota depicts the busts of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. The 60-foot tall statues are carved right into the side of the mountains.

      The Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River in Wyoming are the largest by volume in the Rocky Mountains of the western United States, and they stand more than 300 feet tall-- almost twice as high as Niagara Falls.

      Confirmation

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Cancellation penalties per person

    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    • 15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
