  • Great tour if you don't have a lot of time and want to see the highlights of Western U.S.A. Hotel was good quality and well organised. My only complaint is that even though the coach has a toilet on board they won't allow you to use it! The estimation of timing between stops is also an issue - 1 hour was 2 hours, 20 minutes was 40 minutes - either give better guidance on stop times or allow people to use the toilet!!
