    Montreal - Rimouski - Campbellton - Gaspe First Day (1052 km)

    Our journey will begin by departing from Montréal. When we arrive in Rimouski, we will enjoy lunch, before visiting Les Jardins de Metis. We will then continue our fantastic day by exploring Campbellton. To finish our day, we will drive to Gaspe, where we will spend the night.
    • Rimouski, QC

      Rimouski is a Canadian city located in the Bas-Saint-Laurent (Quebec) region at the mouth of the Rimouski River. In November, the town is the host of the yearly Salon du Livre de Rimouski, the oldest event of the kind in the province of Quebec.

      Les Jardins de Metis (Redford Gardens)

      Les Jardins de Metis, also known as the Redford Gardens, are exquisite gardens in the Rimouski area in Quebec. The symbol of the gardens is the blue poppy, which grows here. Every summer, the gardens host an international garden festival.

    Day 2

    Gaspe - Perce - Bonaventure Island - Forillon National Park - Gaspe (316 km)

    After breakfast, we will drive to Perce. Upon arrival, we will take a cruise to Bonaventure Island, on which is located a national park with amazing views of Perce Rock, where we will have a chance to see different species of birds. Around 2:30pm we will leave for Forillon National Park to discover the flora, fauna, and geological formations of this breathtaking park. After supper, we will settle into our hotel.

      Perce is a small city near the tip of the Gaspe Peninsula in Quebec, Canada. Within the territory of the city there is a village community also called Perce.

      Bonaventure Island

      Off the coast of Perce, Quebec, Bonaventure Island is home to some of Canada's diverse wildlife and contains several unique geological features, such as Perce Rock, one of Quebec's most recognizable natural formations, making Bonaventure Island an excellent hiking spot.

      Ile-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Perce National Park

      The National Park on Bonaventure Island is an excellent locale to spend a quiet day hiking on one of its five trails. Passenger boats ferry visitors there from nearby Perce. Visitors can get food and water on the island.

      Perce Rock

      Perce Rock is one of the most recognizable geological formations in Canada. Once connected to the mainland, years of erosion have yielded its arch shape. It can be visited by boat for only four hours a day, dependent on the tide.

      Forillon National Park

    We will depart for Montreal at 7:00am. On the way back, we will stop at Cap-Chat Eole, the largest windmill park in Canada. We will arrive back in Montreal around 9:30pm.
