    Moshi

    Today guests will arrive, be met at the airport, and transferred to their hotel in Moshi for an overnight stay.

    Moshi - Tarangire National Park (227 km)

    After breakfast, we will drive from Moshi to Tarangire National Park, which takes about 4 hours. This park is spectacular in the dry season, when many of the migratory wildlife species return, including huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands, and oryx. We will stay nearby in a local hotel.

      It is the sixth largest national park in Tanzania which covers an area of approximately 2,850 square kilometers and famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park.

    Olduvai Gorge - Serengeti National Park (308 km)

    Today, we will visit Serengeti National Park by driving through Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site located in the eastern plains of the Serengeti, where early human fossils have been discovered. We will be amazed by this landscape. In the evening, we will stay at the Serengeti Wildebeest Camp.

    Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Wild Camp (13939 km)

    After breakfast, we will venture into the Serengeti's wilderness for a full day of viewing the area's wildlife. After enjoying a picnic lunch, we will be able to leisurely explore this world heritage site. In the evening, we will go to Ngorongoro Wild Camp to spend the night.

    Ngorongoro Conservation Area

    Today, we will drive to the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater. On the eastern side, we will see the Rift Valley and the various wildlife that roams the area. Ngorongoro contains one of Tanzania's best concentrations of wild animals, including the rare black rhino and prides of lions. In the late afternoon, we will check into our local hotel.

    Lake Manyara National Park - Moshi (582 km)

    Today, we will drive about 2 hours to Lake Manyara National Park. After enjoying a picnic lunch, we will go on a drive to view the park's wildlife, which includes zebras, monkeys, impalas, giraffes, buffalo, hippos, and more. In the evening, we will transfer to our hotel in Moshi.

    • Health Requirements:Please note you will need a Yellow Fever Inoculation, this must be done no later than 10 days prior to departure. If you have had any previous history of Liver Disorders you must consult your physician first. Malaria prophylactics are a must.
    • Travel Insurance: Please ensure you have sufficient Medical Cover for the duration of your trip and in particular to cover you while doing the Kilimanjaro Climb.
    • Tipping: Tipping is highly appreciated at the end of safari/ hiking. You should prepare an envelope after the safari for your tip money at the Springlands Hotel.You can use US dollars, Euros, TZ Shillings or a combination of these. The envelope will be submitted to driver guide/ himself/ safari coordinator.
    • Recommended Tip: Driver Guide for the safari: US$ 25-35 per day per vehicle; the tip for a cook US$ 10 per day.
    • These are just guidelines and tips can be given to safari staffs according to services provided. It might be less or more than the mentioned amount.

    • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees: Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us . Cancellation penalties per person as follows:
      • Up to 30 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount
      • 29-14 days prior to departure ? 50% of total purchase amount.
      • Less than 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
      • Should the canceling party be able to find a replacement for themselves no less than 14 days prior to departure and the replacement completes this booking form individually, no cancellation fee. However, should no replacement be found by 14 days prior to departure, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply to the canceling party.
      • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
    • Tour Cancellation: We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
