Day 1: New Orleans airport pick up

Today we will take the flight to the most populous city in Louisiana located along the Mississippi River -- New Orleans.Your tour escort will be waiting at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) with detailed transfer arrangements to the hotel. Welcome dinner will be prepared for guests who arrive and meet with your tour escort before 17:00.

Special remarks for airport pick-up:
Complimentary airport pick-up is available at 17:00 and 21:00. Please make sure to meet with our staff at the listed time slots with your claimed baggage. Please make sure to be at the meeting point on time. All three scheduled shuttles will depart on time, and no transfer service available after 21:00.

Today we will visit New Orleans. We will head to Mardi Gras World, National World War II Museum, Jazz Steamboat Mississippi. We also have a free time at Jackson Square. Finally, you can join the Night tour in French Quarte.

    Jazz Steamboat Mississippi

    The two-hour cruise from the heart of the French Quarter shows you why the city was founded on the beautiful crescent of the lower Mississippi River. New Orleans is well-known as the birthplace of jazz. The live Jazz performance on the steamboat will make you an unforgettable trip.

    Jackson Square

    This historic park in the French Quarter is home to the St. Louis Cathedral. It's history dates all the way back to 1721, when it was built by French colonists in the area.

Day 3: Swamp Tour - Baton Rouge (72 miles)

Today, we will have a Swamp Tour which is a fun adventurous yet safe boat ride that showcases the unique eco system of New Orleans region. Then we will visit Oak Alley Plantation which is a U.S. National Historic Landmark located at the west suburban of New Orleans. Later, we will head to Baton Rouge to visit Louisiana State Capitol.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    9-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    1-8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
