    Pricing Policy

    • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are under 11 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years.

    Itinerary

    Today, we will embark on a tour of New York City. We will visit the One World Observatory as the first stop. Then we will take the Statue of Liberty Cruise, and outside visit the Hudson Yards Vessel, Trinity Church. We will go to the Wall Street and take photo of Charging Bull. After that, we will also go to the United Nations Headquarters and visit the renowned MOMA and the the Fifth Avenue.

      One World Trade Center

      One World Trade Center is the main building of the new World Trade Center complex in New York City. Once completed in late 2013, this will be both the tallest building in New York and third-tallest in the world.

      Statue of Liberty Cruise

      This boat ride through New York Harbor loops its way around Ellis Island, home of the Statue of Liberty. Ellis Island was the arrival point for immigrants to the East Coast of the US for decades.

      Hudson Yards

      Hudson Yards is one of the largest real estate development projects in the United States, a “city in the city” that rises in the bustling capital of Manhattan. It is called the “New Future City” and may be the next largest in New York.

      Trinity Church

      (Passing By) Built in the mid-1800s, Trinity Church (also called St. Paul's Chapel) is the oldest public building that is in continuous use in NYC. The current church is the third on this site; the first Trinity Church was built in 1698.

      Wall Street

      This famous street in New York City's Financial District has become synonymous with American financial enterprises. It is also the home of the New York Stock Exchange, and has been (or still is) the location of several other exchanges.

      Charging Bull

      (Passing By) This bronze sculpture that sits at the northern tip of New York's Bowling Green Park is ready to strike! It was commissioned to represent the "strength and power of the American people" after the stock market crashed in 1987.

      United Nations

      This building in New York City has served as the global headquarters of the United Nations since 1952. The area has extraterritoriality status, meaning it is technically not bound by the laws of New York or even the United States.

      Guests must have valid passport or ID to enter United Nations. If it is closed, outside visit only.

      Museum of Modern Art

      The MoMA is one of the most visited museums in the world, attracting over 3 million visitors per year. The impressive collection that it houses includes works by Pollock, Dali, van Gogh, Picasso, among others.

      Fifth Avenue

      One of the most famous shopping areas in the world-- and one of the most expensive-- New York City's Fifth Avenue cuts across Manhattan and hold some of its most famous landmarks and event centers.

      Confirmation

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

      Terms & Condition

    • Booking changes
      A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
    • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
      Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
    • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
      21 days or more prior to departure - 10% of the total purchase amount.
      8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
      Within 7 days prior to departure or no show- 100% of the total purchase amount.
      Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
      NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
    • Itinerary Variations
      We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    • Tour Cancellation:
      We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
      We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
