Day 1: New York(14 miles)

Today, guests will arrive at one of the three major airports in the New York City Area (JFK, LGA, EWR), where they will be met by a tour guide at the baggage claim. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
(1) For guests who can meet tour guide with claimed baggage before 9:00 am at JFK/LGA airport, or arrive Flushing departure location before 9:30 am, we will offer New York Morning Tour.
(2) Guests who meet tour guide before 5:00 pm at JFK/LGA airport will be sent to Flushing, Queens. Our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy's Shopping Center. We have a customer service center in the center of Flushing with free luggage storage service and wifi. We will arrange a hotel drop-off service for guests based on the arrival time and volume.
(2) Those arriving at EWR airport before 12:00 pm can go to the Jersey Garden Outlets Mall by taking our shuttle for free.
(3) For those who arrive at JFK/LGA airport after 5:00 pm or those who arrive at EWR airport after 12:00 pm, we will directly take you to the hotel for rest.
(4) All guests who can meet tour guide with claimed baggage before 4:30 pm, or arrive at Flushing/Chinatown departure location before 4:30 pm can join an optional Night Tour of the New York City.

Day 2: New York

Today, we will spend the day touring New York City, visiting some of this city's most iconic landmarks. We will visit from outside of the Trinity Church. Then we will arrive at the Wall Street and take photos with the Charging Bull. Afterwards we will visit the One World Observatory located on floors 100-102 of One World Trade Center. Then, we will take a sightseeing cruise to the Statue of Liberty. We will also come to Times Square to visit Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. Pass by Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center.

Today, we will drive to Philadelphia to see Independence National Park, the location of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. We will then take the Double Decker City Bus Tours. Afterwards, we will continue on our way to Washington DC to have US Capitol In-depth Tour, and take some photos of the exteriors of the White House. We will also visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the Korean War Memorial. We will pass by the Washington Monument, the World War II Memorial, and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. In the summer, we will take Potomac River Cruise.

Day 4: Washington DC - Corning - Niagara Falls(428 miles)

Driving through the hilly countrysides of Pennsylvania and New York state, we will enjoy the rural scenery as we head north to visit the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY where we will see the IMAX Adventure Movie. In summer, we can then choose to take the Maid of Mist. In the evening we will also take the Niagara Falls Night Tour.

Afterwards we will head to Boston and speng night here.

After lunch at Quincy Market, we will drive south to New York City, arriving in the early evening.

Day 8: Cancun - Chichen Itza - Cancun(231 miles)

Today we will visit the Chichen Itza, where sits the ruin of one of the largest Maya cities. After lunch, we will be visiting a Cenote , which is a unique geographic landform on the Yucatan Peninsula, as well as a significant component of the Maya culture. After that, we will go to Tequila Winery, where you could taste different Tequila at your own expense. Then we will continue to the famous Cenote Ik Kil. Please take along your own swimsuit, towel, sunblock and suitable equipment in advance. We will then return back to Cancun at around 7:00pm.

Day 9: Cancun - Pink Lagoon - Cancun

On the east of Yucatan Peninsula, there is a lake looks like a fantasy comes true. Salt dissolves into the water of the Pink Lagoon and makes it this gorgeous and dreamy color. Adding to that, the lake is also a natural habitat for Flamingos! These beautiful pinky creatures come and go in the lake, makes it a one-of-a-kind place to be. Later on, we will be taking a cruise deep into the Mangrove Forest to discover a variety of water birds in the area.

    Las Coloradas is in the Yucatan Peninsula, 150 km from Cancun. Its spectacular pink color is due to its high concentration of salts, microbes and the sun, and its intensity varies according to the position of the sun's rays, allowing us to appreciate a range of colors from yellow to orange to pink.

    • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Environmental protection tax for Cancun hotels: 25-30peso/room/night (approx. $1 - $1.5/room/night). Please pay for it when check in the hotel.

  • A mandatory service fees: Airport pick-up service fee is $6 per person per ride. On the day of the selected tour, each guest pays the tour guide + driver for a total of $10 service fee per day, calculated by the days of travel, if the guest chooses to travel freely, there is no service charge on that day. Airport drop-off service fee is $5 per person per ride. The child and occupancy baby is obligated to pay according to the adult standard
  • The Cancun Hotel is subject to an environmental sanitation protection tax of 25-30peso/room/night (approximately 1-1.5 USD/room/night, and the amount required by each hotel varies). This fee is payable on the spot at the time of check-in at the hotel, without prior advance payment
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 22 days before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    30 days or more prior to departure - 5% of total purchase amount.
    23-29 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount (change departure day need to add 20% handling fee)
    Within 22 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Additional Note

  • ****Please note: Departure day and activity option couldn't be changed within 7 days to the departure.
  • Please bring swimsuits, towels, and other necessary gears for water activities.
  • Please wear comfortable walking shoes and cool clothing, and bring insect repellent drugs for the jungle tours.
