Pricing Policy

  • Buy 2 Get 3rd Free: (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $279 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.

Day 1: New York - Corning - Niagara Falls(395 miles)

In the morning customers would be picked up in New York and then head north past the stunning Delaware Water Gap and into Corning for lunch. After arriving in the late afternoon, we will tour the amazing American side of the falls, including the American Falls, the Horseshoe Fall, the Bridal Veil Fall, Goat Island and Luna Island. We will also take a night tour of the falls, viewing the beautiful illumination. Guests will stay in the Niagara Falls Hotel for the night.
Remark: We stay in a hotel with walking distance to the Falls, you may enjoy the Niagara Falls by yourself after checking in. Also chances to see fireworks in certain summer nights.

    Corning is a city in Steuben County, New York, United States, on the Chemung River. The population was 11,183 at the 2010 census. It is named for Erastus Corning, an Albany financier and railroad executive who was an investor in the company that developed the community.

  • Niagara Falls, NY

    Among the most beautiful natural wonders in the world, Niagara Falls are comprised of three waterfalls that thunder and astound, producing a higher flow rate than any other waterfall in the world and standing at a height of 167 feet.

    Goat Island

    Goat Island is an Island in the Niagara River located between the two waterfalls that makes up Niagara Falls. Its Terrapin Point is often visited by tourists and offers some of the most breathtaking views of the falls.

    Luna Island

    This small, uninhabited island is located between the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls in Niagara State Park. The island offers impeccable close-up views of the thunderous falls for any spectators who wish to visit.

    Bridal Veil Falls

    Bridal Veil Falls is the smallest of the three waterfalls that make up Niagara Falls. Located on the American side, Bridal Veil reaches a height of 181 feet.

    Niagara Falls Illumination

    Visitors to Niagara can enjoy a spectacular nighttime illumination of the falls. Please note that a complete view may be limited on certain summer evenings due to the later sunset time and government regulations of driving hours.

Day 2: Niagara Falls - New York(408 miles)

After breakfast, we will walk to Horseshoe Falls for an amazing view and then take the Maid of the Mist to experience the power of Niagara Falls. Around noon we will depart for New York. Tour ends in the evening as we return to New York City.

    This famous boat ride gets passengers up close and personal with the Niagara Falls! The Maid rides right into the mists thrown up by the roaring cascade as the Niagara River tumbles over the edge of the falls.

Price Excludes

  • Meals and drinks unspecified during the trip.
  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $10 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
  • Any private expenses

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    21 days or more prior to departure - 10% of the total purchase amount.
    8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show- 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Additional Note

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Luggage: Each customer may bring on board one checked luggage plus one carry-on bag.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort upon arrival.

If there are 2 people and we both have different pick up locations, is that ok?

Good morning , Yes, you are able to choose different pick-up points for travelers. You first need to make a reservation using 1 pick-up point when you make a reservation. The next step is to contacts us as soon as you complete the reservation so we can add a second pick up point for the other passengers. We need to be contacted in advance in order for us to be able to add another pick up-point for you. Please let us know at least 1 week in advance to insure we make reservation changes in a timely manner.

  • I went to this tour with my parents, it was very good experience. Bus was in good condition, Tour guide Kiko Li has good experience, explain history of spots very well and also provided necessary instructions in Bus. It was memorable trip of my parents.

  • This tour was well organized, the tour guide was amazing and full of knowledge. Thank you Eddie! We take all the optional services: The Maid of the Mist is a beautiful cruiser that should be done as the Cave of the Winds. We thought that the scenic tour was a little expensive but really interesting and beautiful. The hotel was really near the falls and good (no breakfast included). We enjoyed so much the trip!

  • This is a good trip. I am very recommendation the Cave of Winds. My family really have fun on it. However, I understand the traffic is a little bit crowed on the weekend. I still not think it is a good idea to require the customer to eat lunch at 10 o'clockAM, which is two hours away from breakfast. Also, I really don't like the plan to arrange us to take the boat around 6 o'clock, which is at nightfall. The food on that area is super expensive, and extremely high price than any other tour city. The hotel didn't provide the free breakfast like the other usually hotel. And they also don't have water provide too, this I don't get why. This is still a good trip line. However, if the tour planer can work on better arrangement to the time about each scenic spots, that will be prefect. Also, I believe tour guider should provide more suggestion about the food or place to go if there are so much free time on the whole trip.
