    When you arrive at New York airport, if your flight is domestic flight please wait at the baggage claim area; If your flight is international flight please wait at the exit. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA airport before 12:00pm will enjoy free transfer to Manhattan where they can take an optional Manhattan in-depth tour. Between 9:00am -5:00pm have the option to tour the Flushing, Queens at their own leisure, we'll provided free left-luggage, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy's Shopping Center. Those arriving at EWR before 12:00pm at noon can free to go to the Jersey Garden Outlets Mall, or you can choose to rest in hotel (check-in after 3:00pm). All who arrive before 4:30pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city.

    Today, we will go to Bear Mountain State Park to view the area's maple trees. After that, we will go shopping at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, the state's largest outlet mall.

      This 5,000-plus-acre park not far outside New York City is a favorite spot for skiers and hikers in the greater New York and northern New Jersey areas. Bear Mountain itself is a 1,200-foot-tall peak that overlooks the Hudson River.

      Woodbury is a town and village in Orange County, New York, United States. The Town of Woodbury and the area formerly known as the hamlet of Woodbury Falls was officially created on December 19, 1889 by an act of the Orange County Board of Supervisors.

    New York - Saratoga Springs (164 miles)

    We will depart from New York in the morning and drive to Saratoga Springs where we will exprience spring tour and hot springs. Guest can also take a cruise to view the Saratoga Lake.

    Stowe - Littleton (5370 miles)

    We will visit Trapp Family Lodge, the Austrian family resort, built at the top of the mountain, is famous for its unique structure and beautiful scenery. It is a favorite place to enjoy maple in autumn, and is also the site of every summer Mozart festival in Vermont. Next we will visit Ben & Jerry Factory. Afterwards we will arrive in Lttleton.

    We will arrive in White Mountain National Forest, ride on the Cog Railway and appreciate autumn scenery. Next we will visit the American Farm and Dartmouth College.

    Quechee - New York City (5385 miles)

    We will first visit Quechee Gorge. Then guest can buy fresh cheese and maple syrup from local farms. You can also enjoy the fun of shopping in the antique city. Later, we will return to New York.

      A small village in Vermont which is the site of Quechee Gorge on the Ottauquechee River. Quechee was known for a picturesque covered bridge at the site of the old Quechee mill, which now houses the Simon Pearce glass-blowing facility and restaurant.

      Quechee Gorge

      The gorge is 165 feet deep and the deepest gorge in Vermont, carved approximately 13,000 years ago. It serves as a popular tourist attraction in Quechee State Park.

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

    • Booking and Reservation
      All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
    • Travel Documents
      Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
    • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
      Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
      Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.
    • Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
      Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
      21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
      8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
      1-7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
      Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
      Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
      NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
    • Broading Time and Location
      All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
    • Travel Insurance
      Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
    • Luggage Restriction
      Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
    • Itinerary Variations
      We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    • Tour Cancellation
      We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
