    Today, guests will arrive at one of the there major airports in the New York City Area (JFK, LGA, EWR), where they will be met by a tour guide at the baggage claim. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For guests who meet tour guide before 9:00AM in JFK or LGA airport, guests can join NYC Morning Tour. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA before 5:00pm have the option to tour the Flushing, Queens at their own leisure, we'll provided free left-luggage, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy's Shopping Center. Those arriving at EWR before 12:00 can free to go to the Jersey Garden Outlets Mall. All who arrive before 4:30pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city.

    Today, we will explore New York City by visiting the Financial District, where we will see Wall Street, Trinity Church, Federal Hall, the New York Stock Exchange and the Charging Bull statue. Then, we will go to the observation tower on the top of the Empire State Building to take in an amazing panoramic view of the city. We will also take an amazing Statue of Liberty cruise along the Hudson River. Then, we will visit lively Times Square before visiting Gulliver's Gate. We will also seize our opportunity to visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and visit the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. In the evening, we have the option of seeing a famous Broadway shows! (If you book the Broadway show tickets with us, we will provide $100 drop-off service for free!)

      Built in the mid-1800s, Trinity Church (also called St. Paul's Chapel) is the oldest public building that is in continuous use in NYC. The current church is the third on this site; the first Trinity Church was built in 1698.

      Empire State Building

    In the morning, we will visit the campus of Princeton University, a prestigious Ivy League school. Then, we will head to the famous Herhsey's Chocolate World in Pennsylvania, where we will learn all about the chocolate-making process! Our last stop of the day is the Christmas Village.

    In the morning, we will head to Washington, D.C. and begin our exploration by visiting the U.S. Capitol. Then, we will take a National Ferry Cruise on the Potomac River to enjoy wonderful views of the Pentagon, the Air Force Memorial, the Fort McNair Officers Club, the Titanic Memorial and more. Next, we will see the White House, the most famous residence in the country, where great leaders like Barack Obama have lived. During the holiday season, we will have the chance to see the National Christmas Tree. Then, we will visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam War Memorial. After that, we will see the fascinating exhibits in the International Spy Museum and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.

Next, we will head to Philadelphia to visit National Independence Park, home of the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

    New York Times Square Countdown

    In the morning, we will visit the Central Park of New York and the 5th Ave. We will pass by Trump Tower, Apple Flagship store, and more. (There would be no space for storage shopping bags so please do not purchase any goods on that day.) Then, we will head to Times Square to see New Year's Eve Countdown. Cheer with the entire world as the ball drops!

    You will have 3 options for the countdown:

    1. You may walk to Times Square and watch performances before the countdown. At the same time, the countdown zone will be closed for pedestrians only; you may experience the world-famous New Year street celebrations to witness the historic moment. (Free of charge)

    2.Buy an Applebee Party Pass! ($375 for adults, $250 for kids)

    3. New York Sightseeing Countdown Cruise. ($411/person, including transfer service to the pier)

    Free airport drop-off service is available after countdown event.

    After the end of the countdown, guests can choose to return to the hotel to rest or enjoy a free drop-off service directly to the three major airports (LGA / JFK / EWR), taking flight after 4:00 AM on 1 January 2019, only if the room is not occupied on that night (count by room), Tour fee does not change.     • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
    • Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
    • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
    • Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used
    • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • 1-7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
