Day 1: Orlando

As guests arrive at the Orlando International Airport, they should take the railway to the facility's central hall, where they will be able to meet the tour guide in the baggage claim area. Anyone who arrives before 1:00pm will have the option of going to the largest outlet mall in Florida at their own expense. Anyone who arrives before 5:00pm can join an optional Orlando night tour.

    One of the largest outlet shopping centers in the state, Orlando's International Premium Outlets feature over 180 stores, including Calvin Klein, American Eagle, Kenneth Cole, and much more, providing you with the best deals on top products.

Guests have the choice to spend the day at one of Orlando's thrilling theme parks.

Guest could choose between the 13 Theme Parks: EPCOT Center, the Magic Kingdom, Aquatica Orlando, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Volcano Bay Water Park, LEGOLAND, or LEGOLAND Water Park.

Alternatively, guests may choose between 3 special one day tour: Kennedy Space Center Tour or a Gulf of Mexico Coastline Tour, or Saint Augustine Tour.

    EPCOT Center

    The amazing and iconic EPCOT center is a theme park unlike any other. It is dedicated to the achievements of mankind; to world cultures and celebrating differences; and to technological innovations that will lead us to a brighter tomorrow.

    Magic Kingdom

    Disney's Magic Kingdom is perhaps the most famous of all the various Disney parks, both in Florida and around the world. The iconic Cinderella's Castle is the centerpiece of the park, which features rides, shows, and actors based on fairytales.

    Aquatica Orlando

    This sister park of SeaWorld opened in 2008, making it one of the newest Orlando parks. Themed after the South Pacific, the park has two wave pools, a number of slides, animal habitats, and much more.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom

    Disney's Hollywood Studios

    Formerly known as MGM Studios, this thrilling theme park is perhaps best known for the Twilight Zone-themed Tower of Terror Ride. The park overall is based on Old Hollywood, and draws inspiration from the 1930s and 40s.

    Blizzard Beach

    Disney's Blizzard Beach is an ski-resort-themed water park nested under the hot sun of Florida. The centerpiece of the park is Mount Gushmore, from which guests can speed down a number of exciting water slides.

    Typhoon Lagoon

    The most-visited water park in the entire world, Typhoon Lagoon is also home to the largest outdoor wave pool on the planet. Every 90 minutes, a loud, deep noise announces the coming of a six-foot wave in the Surf Pool.

    Universal Orlando Resort (TM)

    These theme parks and resort in Orlando, FL is only surpassed in size by Disney World. The complex is made up of three themes parks Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, an entertainment complex Universal City Walk, and five on site hotels.

    Universal's Islands of Adventure

    Opened in 1999, this park is one of three that make up the Universal Orlando Resortâ„¢. The park is split into seven theme areas, including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, based off that beloved series of books. Brand-new Skull Island: Reign of Kongâ„¢ was opened in the summer of 2016.

    SeaWorld Orlando

    SeaWorld Orlando is one of most popular theme parks in the world. Most famously, it is home to the Shamu killer whale show, but it is home to a litany of other sea life, including sharks, dolphins, stingrays, flamingos, and pelicans.

    Universal's Volcano Bay

    A water park constructed as part of Universal Orlando Resortâ„¢ in Orlando, Florida. It will replace Wet 'n Wild as Universal Orlando's water theme park, and will be the first constructed by Universal Orlando itself. The park, themed around a 200-foot-tall (61 m) volcano named "Krakatau TM", open on June 1, 2017.

    Legoland Florida

    The largest Legoland in North America is the one in Winter Haven, Florida. It contains more than 50 rides, including four roller coasters and one water ride. And of course, the park is dotted with amazing Lego sculptures.

    Legoland Water Park

    Opened in 2010, the Legoland Water Park is part of the larger theme park complex in Florida. It features Lego themed rides and attractions that the whole family will enjoy.

  • Cape Canaveral, FL

    Kennedy Space Center

    Airboat Ride

    Take an airboat ride through the beautiful Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, coming as close as possible to the park's vast array of wildlife. Watch out for the alligators!

    Clearwater Beach

    Considered one of the most pristine beaches in the United States, this resort area in Clearwater, Florida is also home to a boardwalk, shops, and one of the best hotels in the country. It has been featured on TV and movies.

    Gulf of Mexico Fishing Trip

    Clearwater Marine Aquarium

    Fountain of Youth

Day 5: Orlando

Please choose one from the following itineraries and see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to schedule flights.

A: Head to I-Drive 360 square for visiting Orlando Eye, SeaWorld, and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum at your own expense ($29/adult, $22/child for any one; $41/adult, $36/child for any two; $52/adult, $46/child for all three. From June 1st, $32/person for any one; $42/person for any two; $53 for all three). After that, you will be transferred to airport. Please schedule your departure flight for after 2:00pm.

B: Go outlet shopping at one of the area's major shopping center. ($5 per person for transportation.) Guests who choose to take this tour will have a chance to get one discount card. Please schedule your departure flight for after 2:00pm.

C. Enjoy another of the theme parks mentioned above except Legoland at your own expense. Please schedule your departure flight for after 5:00pm, or 7:00pm if you choose to visit Kennedy Space Center (at your own price for admission fee $53/person + transpotation).

  • Airport Pickup: Free airport pick up in MCO(Orlando Internatioanl Airport) is between 8:30am-11:00pm(service fee: $5/person/day). Those who arrive outside this window will be charges a fee:
    • 7:30am - 8:30am,11:00pm - 00:00am, $40 for the first four people and $10/person for everyone thereafter.
    • 0:01am - 7:29am, $80/person for the first four people and $10/person for everyone thereafter.
  • Pier and Station Pickup: Free pick up for Port Canaveral at 12:00pm (noon) / 8:30am-11:00pm for the Orlando Greyhound Station.
  • Airport Drop-off: Tour guide will provide drop off service to MCO/Greyhound Station between 8:30am-11:00pm/ Port Canaveral at noon12:00pm (the first 4 persons group is $80, each additonal persion will charge $10/person). There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, please schedule flights after 2:00pm; those who choose to add one more theme park on last day, please schedule flights after 5:00pm; those who choose to visit Kennedy Space Center on last day, please schedule flights after 7:00pm.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Luggage Restriction
    Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Additional Note

  • Customers can choose theme parks or Special 1-day tours when you arrive at Orlando: Kennedy Space Center Tour available on Weekdays, Gulf of Mexico Tour available on Weekends, St.Augustine available on Saturdays, Water Parks available in Summer only (based on the schedule of each park), LEGOLAND theme park available on Monday, Thursday and Friday only. If customers want to participate in the LEGO theme park or LEGO Water park, each guest will have to pay $10/person transportation fee. Special 1-day tour Kennedy Space Center Tour, Gulf of Mexico Tour and St.Augustine will be available every day and it requires minimum 3 persons to operate this tour.
  • For Gulf Coast of Mexico Tour, deep sea fishing may be cancelled due to the issue of weather or boat.
    Due to the rule imposed by Universal Parks, if you choose Volcano Bay Water Park as one of your destination, you must also purchase the tickets of Universal Studios and Island of Adventure as well.
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required. For all the guests joined Orlando Walt Disney tours you must take along with valid passport (must be original). If necessary you should take the copy of it and photos as well.
  • All theme parks are not accompanied by tour guides.
  • Guests will be presented with one additional park as follow if you choose the Disney 2 Days or Disney 4 Days: Blizzard Beach, Tyhoon Lagoon, A round of golf at Disney Oak Gulf Course (not include rental), Disney Winter wonderland mini golf course or Disney Fantasy garden mini golf course (Only once every day before 4:00pm and these two projects can not be used on same day.)
    Note: For the tours including theme park tickets need to choose Disney 2 Days 2 parks or 4 Days 4 parks when booking. For the tours excluding theme park tickets guests could purchase Disney 2 days 2 parks or 4 days of park tickets from the tour guide. Guests should go to join these items by themselves and enjoy it if time permits.
  • Scenic Spots Notes:
    (1) Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
    (2) In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.) tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    (3) This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
  • Refund Remark:
    (1) If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
    (2) If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.
