    Orlando

    As guests arrive at the airport in Orlando, they will meet the tour guide by the baggage claim area. The guide will go over the schedule for the next few days and introduce where we will be going. They will also provide tickets to the theme parks and provide the opportunity to purchase tickets to a special show. Guests who arrive before 1:00pm can go shopping at the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Those who arrive before 5:00pm have the option of taking a night tour of the area.

      Disney's Blizzard Beach is an ski-resort-themed water park nested under the hot sun of Florida. The centerpiece of the park is Mount Gushmore, from which guests can speed down a number of exciting water slides.

      Typhoon Lagoon

      The most-visited water park in the entire world, Typhoon Lagoon is also home to the largest outdoor wave pool on the planet. Every 90 minutes, a loud, deep noise announces the coming of a six-foot wave in the Surf Pool.

    Orlando - Miami (235 miles)

    Guests can choose from one of the options below to spend an amazing day in Orlando.In the end we will drive for Miami.

    A: Head to I-Drive 360 square for visiting Orlando Eye, SeaWorld, and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum at your own expense ($29 for any one, $41 for any two, $52 for all three).

    B: Go outlet shopping at one of the area's major shopping center. ($5 per person for transportation and additional $5 per person for drop-off fee.)

    C: Take an exciting helicopter tour over the city of Orlando for a price of $30 per person.

    D. Enjoy another of the theme parks mentioned above except Legoland or the Kennedy Space Center at your own expense.

    After that, tour guide will book the bus tickets from Orlando to Miami and transfer guests to the bus station. No tour guide accompany. Tour guide will wait at Miami station.

    Miami - Everglades National Park - Miami (64 miles)

    In the morning we will visit Everglades National Park, where we will have the chance to take an Airboat Ride. Later in the day we will tour Miami, where we will see the exterior of the Biltmore Hotel, the Cuban district of Little Havana, an, to cap things off, a pleasant Biscayne Bay Cruise. After that, we will get to explore the famous Art Deco District in Miami Beach.

      The Everglades National Park of Southern Florida is a beautiful area that is most easily navigated on an airboat ride that cruises through the swamp channels. An Everglades Safari Park showcases the local wildlife and Miami is the nearest city.

    Miami - Key West - Miami (331 miles)

    Today we will tour the city of Key West, FL. The island in the Florida Keys is the southernmost city in the continental United States. It is popular with tourists for its idyllic Caribbean waters, warm and cozy weather, and stretches of white beaches. We will cross the Seven Mile Bridge on the way there. We will also have the chance to visit Ernest Hemingway's House. Then we will shop for souvenirs on Duval Street and at the Marina Marketplace. We will return to Miami for the night.

      This island in the Florida Keys is the southernmost city in the continental United States. It is loved by tourists internationally for its idyllic Caribbean waters, warm and cozy weather, and stretches of white beaches.

      Seven Mile Bridge

      Anyone who plans on driving to Key West needs to cross this bridge to do so. Finalized in 1912, this bridge connects Key West to mainland Florida, and has been featured in several movies.

      Hemingway House

      The Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum in Key West was the famous author's home for almost ten years and was where he wrote some of his famous works. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1968.

      Duval Street

    Before being dropped off at the airport, guests will be able to spend some free time in the city of Fort Lauderdale, FL. You can choose:

    1. If your flight departure time is after 6:00PM at FLL airport or after 7:00PM at MIA airport:
    We will continue to visit Lion Country Safari, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, Henry Morrison Flagler Museum (outside), Mar a Lago (outside), Worth Avenue.

    2. If your flight departure time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM at FLL airport or between 3:00PM and 7:00PM at MIA airport:
    You have the option to go to Bloomingdale shopping center. Here guests will receive a 10% off voucher and exclusive selling activity. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • 1-7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
