Day 1: Orlando

In the morning, guests will be picked up from the Orlando airport and transfer to their hotel while discussing their travel plan for the next few days. Guests who arrive before 1:00pm can choose to go to the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Those who arrive before 5:00pm have the option of taking an Orlando Night Tour.

    Orlando Night Tour

    This is a great way to orientate yourself with the lovely city of Orlando. See the city and its most notable locations, like Lake Eola, as they are lit up at night!

Day 2: Orlando theme park or special one day tour (191 miles)

Guests have the choice to spend the day at one of Orlando's thrilling theme parks (take the hotel shuttle bus by themselves. If the hotel doesn't have shuttle bus, $18/person/day included the service fee for taking our shuttle bus). Choose between the EPCOT Center, the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay Water Park, SeaWorld, Aquatica Water Park Orlando, LEGOLAND, or LEGOLAND Water Park.

Alternatively, guests may choose a special one day tour (transportation and guide included) to either the Kennedy Space Center (Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sun departure, minimum 2 people) , a Gulf of Mexico Coastline tour (Only Sat departure, minimum 2 people. The issue of weather or boat of deep sea fishing will result in the cancellation)

    Magic Kingdom

    Disney's Magic Kingdom is perhaps the most famous of all the various Disney parks, both in Florida and around the world. The iconic Cinderella's Castle is the centerpiece of the park, which features rides, shows, and actors based on fairytales.

    During Halloween and Christmas, Disney Magic Kingdom has night activities (November 9 to December 22, 2023). Guests who hold ordinary tickets of the park on those days need to leave before 5pm. If guests want to participate in the night activities, they need to purchase tickets with an additional fee.

    Disney's Hollywood Studios

    Blizzard Beach

    Disney's Blizzard Beach is an ski-resort-themed water park nested under the hot sun of Florida. The centerpiece of the park is Mount Gushmore, from which guests can speed down a number of exciting water slides.

    Typhoon Lagoon

    The most-visited water park in the entire world, Typhoon Lagoon is also home to the largest outdoor wave pool on the planet. Every 90 minutes, a loud, deep noise announces the coming of a six-foot wave in the Surf Pool.

    Universal Studios Florida

    It's the world's premier movie and TV based theme park. Universal Studios Florida inspires its guests to "ride the movies", and it features numerous attractions and live shows. The park is one component of the larger Universal Orlando Resort.

    Universal's Islands of Adventure

    The park is split into seven theme areas, including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, based off that beloved series of books. Brand-new Skull Island: Reign of Kong was opened in the summer of 2016.

    Universal's Volcano Bay

    A water park constructed as part of Universal Orlando Resort™ in Orlando, Florida. It will replace Wet 'n Wild as Universal Orlando's water theme park, and will be the first constructed by Universal Orlando itself. The park, themed around a 200-foot-tall (61 m) volcano named "Krakatau TM", open for visitors since June 1, 2017.

    SeaWorld Orlando

    SeaWorld Orlando is one of most popular theme parks in the world. Most famously, it is home to the Shamu killer whale show, but it is home to a litany of other sea life, including sharks, dolphins, stingrays, flamingos.

Day 5: Orlando - Miami (235 miles)

Guests can choose from one of the options below to spend an amazing day in Orlando.In the end we will drive for Miami.

A: Head to I-Drive 360 square for visiting Orlando Eye, SeaWorld, and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum at your own expense .

B: Go outlet shopping at one of the area's major shopping center. ($12/person, $6 for transportation and $6 for service fee)

C: Take an exciting helicopter tour over the city of Orlando (According to the duration of the flight, the price will start from $30/person, self-expense)

D. Enjoy another of the theme parks (ONLY available for Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Water Park) at your own expense.

E: Visit the Gatorland – the largest gator park in Florida. There are more than 3000 alligators and tropical animals.

After that, tour guide will book the bus tickets from Orlando to Miami and transfer guests to the bus station. No tour guide accompany. Tour guide will wait at Miami station.

In the morning we will tour Miami, where we will visit Wynwood Walls and see the Cuban district of Little Havana, an, to cap things off, a pleasant Biscayne Bay Cruise. Also, we will get to explore the South Beach. Later in the day we will visit Everglades National Park, where we will have the chance to take an Airboat Ride.

Day 7: Miami - Key West - Miami (331 miles)

On our journey over to Key West we will be driving by on Route 1 until we reach the Seven Mile Bridge. At the Southernmost Point Buoy we will take a stop for you to gather some great pictures at the Southernmost point in America! On the island, we will have the chance to visit Ernest Hemingway's House. At the end of the day, we will return to Miami.

    Seven Mile Bridge

    Anyone who plans on driving to Key West needs to cross this bridge to do so. Finalized in 1912, this bridge connects Key West to mainland Florida, and has been featured in several movies.

    Hemingway House

    The Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum in Key West was the famous author's home for almost ten years and was where he wrote some of his famous works. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1968.

Day 8: Miami - Fort Lauderdale - Palm Beach - Miami (131 miles)

In the morning, we will go to the north of Miami, and visit Fort Lauderdale. After that, we will visit Lion Country Safari. Then, we will make our way to the lovely city of Palm Beach, FL. There, we will enjoy the tour of Henry Morrison Flagler Museum (outside) and Worth Avenue. In the end, we will tranfer you to the airport.

    Henry Morrison Flagler Museum (Outside Visit)

    Henry Flagler's mansion Whitehall was completed in 1902 and at the time was considered to be one of the most opulent mansions in the world. Today it is a museum and National Historic Site open to the public.

    This highly upscale shopping area in Palm Beach, Florida contains more than 250 shops. Highlights include: Giorgio Armani, Neiman Marcus, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Hermes, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Chanel, Loro Piana, and Brooks Brothers.

    • Free Orlando International Airport (MCO) pick-up time is between 9:00 and 22:00. Guests may need to wait for others. When you arrive at the MCO airport, our tour guide will meet with you at the Baggage Claim on the 2nd floor.
    • Free Port Canaveral pick-up time is 12:00 at noon.
    • Free Orlando Greyhound Station (555 John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32805) pick-up time is between 9:00 and 22:00
    • Night 22:01-24:00: the first 4 persons at $60 with $10 for each additional person.. This price does not include service fee of $6 per person.
    • Guests who arrive outside the free pick-up time and paid pick-up time, please take a taxi to the hotel by yourself (about 25 minutes).
  • Return Arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour

    Due to the rule imposed by Universal Parks, if you choose Volcano Bay Water Park as one of your destination, you must also purchase the tickets of Universal Studios and Island of Adventure as well.
  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required. For all the guests joined Orlando Walt Disney tours you must take along with valid passport (must be original). If necessary you should take the copy of it and photos as well.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
