Day 2:Ushuaia - Tierra del Fuego National Park

After breakfast, head to the 'End of the World Station' (Estación del Fin del Mundo) about 8 km west of the city. Board the replica 'Prisoner Train' (Trencito de los Presos) which follows the original railway built by prisoners. Stop at Cascada Macarena (Macarena Waterfall) and then enter Tierra del Fuego National Park (Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego). The park features glacial landscapes, forests, rivers, and a coastline. Observe wildlife such as oystercatchers, geese, albatrosses, steamer ducks, petrels, grebes, woodpeckers, guanacos, and red foxes. Walk along marked trails to see representative flora and fauna. Return to the hotel in the evening.

After breakfast, proceed to the local pier for a boat cruise on the Beagle Channel (Canal Beagle). The cruise takes you past the city's skyline and visits Bird Island (Isla de los Pájaros) and Sea Lion Island (Isla de los Lobos), part of the Bridges Archipelago. Observe sea lions, cormorants, and various seabirds. The tour also includes a stop at Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse (Faro Les Éclaireurs) and the historic Estancia Túnel on the north shore of the channel. Free time in the afternoon.
