After breakfast, drive 120 km to the port city of Valparaiso, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its colorful hills, alleys, and stairways. Visit Plaza Sotomayor, the Naval Heroes Monument, and Paseo 21 de Mayo; take a cable car up the hills. Continue to Vina del Mar, the 'Garden City', to enjoy its beaches, gardens, and promenades. Stop for lunch at own expense. Return to Santiago in the evening.
