Itinerary

Day 1:Madrid - Caceres - Seville(515 km)

At 8:00am, we will depart from Madrid and travel to the region of Extremadura, arriving in Caceres. We will take some free time to walk around the Plaza Mayor and walk through the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests will get lunch on their own before we continue to Sevilla in the Andalusia region. We will enjoy dinner in a local restaurant before checking into our hotel for the night.

    Caceres is the capital of Caceres province, in the autonomous community of Extremadura, Spain. The municipio has a land area of 1,750.33 km2 (675.81 sq mi), the largest geographically in Spain. The walled city has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Old Town
    The Old Town of Caceres still features some of its original medieval walls. In the Middle Ages, control of the city was constantly switching between Christians and Muslims, and this struggle is exemplified by the architecture of the Old Town.

Day 2:Sevilla

In the morning, we will tour Sevilla, visiting the narrow streets of Santa Cruz, the Parque de Maria Luisa, the Plaza de Espana. Guests can also choose to take an optional tour of the Royal Alcazar or spend the remainder of the afternoon at their own leisure.

    Seville is the capital of Andalucia and the cultural and financial centre of southern Spain. A city of just over 700,000 inhabitants (1.6 million in the metropolitan area, making it Spain's 4th largest city), Seville is Andalucia's top destination, with much to offer the traveler.
  • Parque de Maria Luisa
    On the riverbanks of Sevilla, Maria Luisa Park is a large public area that features lovely foliage, fountains, and walkways in the middle of this beautiful city. Within the park are many statues of famous Spanish figures.
  • Plaza de Espana
    A large section of Maria Luisa Park in Sevilla, the Plaza de Espana is a large open space featuring buildings of Renaissance revival architecture. Most of the buildings are currently used for government purposes.
  • Santa Cruz (Jewish Quarter)
    The barrio of Santa Cruz in Sevilla was once the city's Jewish Quarter, and is now the most popular tourist are in the city. The narrow, winding streets and alleyways of this neighborhood remind visitors of a labyrinth.
  • Royal Alcazar of Sevilla
    This is a massive palace complex in Sevilla, originally constructed by the city's Muslim rulers. Originally constructed as a military fort, it is the oldest European palace still in use, and is one of the best examples of Spanish-Muslim architecture.

Day 3:Seville - Costa del Sol(127 km)

Additional Notes

Language: all the tour guides are bilingual, English and Spanish. If it happens that there are only English speaking clients on the tour, the tour will only run in English.
Luggage: Due to coach capacity limitations, each passenger is allowed one suitcase (maximum 20 kg) and one carry-on bag.
A minimum of 12 passengers is required for the package tour to operate. In exceptional cases where the minimum number of participants is not met, and in order to maintain our commitment to guaranteed departures, tours may operate without an accompanying guide, relying instead on an expert driver knowledgeable about the routes. If the required number of participants is not met, the trip will be automatically cancelled, and the traveller will be notified in writing at least 20 days before the scheduled departure date. In such cases, no compensation will be provided.
Occasionally, due to operational reasons, the panoramic city tour of Madrid may be conducted using the city’s Hop-on Hop-off bus service
The guided tours and activities mentioned in the itinerary will be conducted by local official guides in the respective cities, as originally planned.
