Depart from Ottawa in the morning, pass through customs, and enjoy lunch together along the way.
In the afternoon, arrive in Manhattan and begin your New York City adventure with a visit to the world-famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum (optional admission), where you’ll get a close-up look at lifelike wax figures of celebrities from around the world.
Afterward, explore the iconic Times Square. Feel the energy of New York as you stroll past flashing neon lights and buzzing crowds. You’re free to check out nearby attractions like the Red Stairs, Broadway theaters, or snap photos by the famous NASDAQ billboard.
Return to the hotel around 8:00 p.m.

Start with a guided bus tour (75 minutes) from Times Square, passing major Manhattan landmarks like Grand Central, the United Nations, Central Park, and Rockefeller Center. Spend the afternoon at the Intrepid Museum. The rest of the day is free: walk Greenwich Village or the High Line, shop in SOHO or Hudson Yards, visit MoMA, or grab food in Chelsea Market. Try New York favorites in Chinatown or Little Italy.
