    Pricing Policy

    • Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted: (1) Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $138 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
    • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 yrs old. Child above 2 yrs must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 yrs.

    Philadelphia - Mystic - Newport (264 miles)

    In the morning, we will visit the most interactive marine research aquarium: Mystic Aquarium. In the afternoon, we will arrive Newport, RI. Where the Breakers Mansion located. Through the years Newport of Rhode Island has made a name as a summer playground of billionaires and as the yachting capital of the world.

      Mystic Aquarium

      The Mystic Aquarium offers a unique zoological experience, the centerpiece of which is the massive outdoor pool that contains four beluga whales. This facility is also one of only four United States aquariums that hold Steller sea lions.

    Plymouth - Marthas Vineyard (52 miles)

    We will visit the Plimoth Plantation in the morning. You can walk around outside and enjoy the scent of stew as it simmers over an aromatic wood fire. And then we will take a 45-minute ferry to Martha's Vineyard, an ideal getaway for relaxing! We will visit Aquinnah Cliffs - formerly known as Gay Head. Rising 150 feet above the ocean, these spectacular clay cliffs have the most breathtaking view on the entire island. From this vista, you can see the Elizabeth Islands, Norman Island, Cape Cod, and a sweeping view of Vineyard Sound.
    • Plymouth, MA

      Plymouth is a coastal town in Massachusetts, south of Boston. It is the site of the first Pilgrim settlement, founded in 1620. Plymouth Rock, a boulder in Pilgrim Memorial State Park, marks the place where settlers are thought to have landed on shore.

      The Plimoth Plantation in Plymouth, MA is a fully-functioning historical town set in the year 1627. The complex also contains a recreation of the Mayflower, a craft center, a small farm animal zoo, and a movie theater.

    Essex - Philadephia (205 miles)

    In the morning, we will visit Essex and take Steam Train and Riverboat rideb. At Deep River Landing, passengers will get on board of a riverboat, cruising along the Connecticut River. The deep water, coves, inlets, marshes, wildlife, and rocky shoreline are all at once, simply breathtaking! Impressive historic sights also include Gillette Castle, Goodspeed Opera House, and the Haddam Swing Bridge. Lunch can be on the boat. And after that, we travel back Philadelphia.

      The town of Essex sponsors an annual Groundhog Day parade. The Essex Steam Train is one of the most famous and popular Essex attractions.

      This authentic steam train is made from restored 1920s railroad cars and takes passengers 12 miles at 20 miles per hour into the scenic Connecticut countryside. At the end of the ride, passengers will board a Mississippi paddle boat.

      Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 15-30 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 7-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
