Phoenix/Scottsale - Sedona (115 miles)
On the first day of this tour, we will depart Phoenix and Scottsdale and travel through the Sonoran Desert on the way to the scenic red rock country of Sedona. After checking into the local hotel, we will be able to take either a scenic, historical tour of the area or a backcountry jeep tour.
This small city in the Verde Valley region of Arizona attracts visitors from all over with its gorgeous red sandstone rock formations. It is a popular place for outdoor recreational activities like hiking, biking, and mountain climbing.

Sedona - Grand Canyon National Park - Phoenix (342 miles)
Today, we will drive to the Navajo Indian Reservation to visit a local trading post and view the Painted Desert Cliffs. Afterwards, we will travel to Grand Canyon National Park to explore for a few hours. We will move along the canyon rim drive on the East Rim before getting some time to explore the Grand Canyon Village Area. Cameron Trading Post
Located on the Navajo Indian Reservation's lands, this store and motel is a popular stop for groups traveling to and from the Grand Canyon. The oldest building looks like a store right out of the U.S.'s cowboy culture.
Desert View is one of the major lookout points along Desert View Drive, a road that follows the South Rim of the Grand Canyon through the Grand Canyon Village area.

Grand Canyon East Rim
Desert View Drive is a scenic route to the east of Grand Canyon Village on the South Rim which follows the rim for 25 miles out to the Desert View Watchtower and East Entrance. Meanwhile, the Watchtower also commands a magnificent view of the Grand Canyon.
