Day 1: Phoenix

Enjoy a wonderful flight that will take you to Phoenix. Upon your arrival, guests will go to the hotel by themselves to check in (business hotel with breakfast near the airport, with shuttle bus)

Day 2: Phoenix-Tucson-Saguaro National Park (120 miles)

Join us for another adventurous day as we travel to the famous Biosphere 2. Afterwards, we will take a visit to the Pima Air and Space Museum. Shortly after, we will proceed to visit the beautiful San Xavier del Bac Mission, the best preserved Spanish colonial building. Next, we will head to one of the most popular attractions in Tucson, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Following, we will head to the Saguaro National Park to admire various cacti, shrubs, flowers and so much more. Stay overnight in Deming, New Mexico.

    Biosphere 2 is an experimental facility now owned by the University of Arizona. It was created to test whether humans could live in a second, artificially constructed environment. Today, it is open for tours and research discussion.

    Pima Air & Space Museum features over 300 aircrafts and is one of the largest non-government funded aviation and space museums worldwide. Day 3: Deming - White Sands National Park - Carlsbad Caverns National Park - Roswell (175 miles)

Today we will head to the famous White Sands National Park in New Mexico! It is easily one of the most famous and breathtaking natural wonders of the world. Then, we will set off to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. This park was named after the large and small stalactites that are hung throughout the cave. Finally we will head to the world-famous UFO capital-Roseville and stay there overnight.

    White Sands National Monument

Day 4: Roswell-Santa Fe-Albuquerque (233 miles)

Today we will proceed to visit the old town of Santa Fe. Afterwards, we will visit Albuquerque which is known as the hot air balloon capital of the world! We will take you to visit the Hot Air Balloon Museum to learn all about the history of hot air balloons! After a day full of adventure we will head back over and stay overnight in Albuquerque.

    This museum details the history, science, and art of hot air balloons. Each year, the grounds host the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, the world's largest festival of its kind.

Day 5: Albuquerque-Gallup-Petrified Forest National Park-Winslow-Sedona (351 miles)

Today, we will head to Gallup, New Mexico! We will take in all the unique beauty and then head to Petrified Forest National Park! This park is the largest and most beautiful petrified forest in the world. Following, we will take a look at the Meteor Crater which is located on a plateau on an altitude of 1,740 meters. It is truly incredible to see and is one of the largest craters in the world! We will enjoy a day filled with incredible memories and stay overnight in Sedona.
  • Gallup, NM

    The city was founded in 1881 as a railhead for the Atlantic and Pacific Railroad, and named after David Gallup, a paymaster for the railroad. It is on the Trails of the Ancients Byway, one of the designated New Mexico Scenic Byways. Because of the nearby rugged terrain, it was a popular location in the 1940s and 1950s for Hollywood Westerns.

    Nestled on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater Visitor Center is one of the most popular attractions in Northern Arizona. Over 50,000 years ago space and earth came together when a huge iron-nickel meteorite, approximately 150 feet wide and weighing several hundred thousand tons, impacted an area outside of Flagstaff, Arizona, with a force 150 times greater than an atomic bomb. The result of this impact was devastation for miles and the creation of the giant bowl-shaped cavity we call Meteor Crater, which measures 550 feet deep and almost a mile wide.

In the morning, we will head to Sedona to visit the local architectural landmark of the strongest rumored magnetic field known as the Church of Santa Croce. In the afternoon, We will drive on the famous Route 66 and head to Las Vegas!

Day 8: Los Angeles free day (optional for the day trip, please choose and pay when booking the tour, otherwise it cannot be arranged)

Option 1: Los Angeles City Tour

We will leave in the early morning to visit the birthplace of Los Angeles at Olvera Street! Following we will visit the world-famous Hollywood walk of fame. Shortly after, is Rodeo Drive and Beverly center to go shopping in paradise. Finally, we will visit the landmark the Getty Center!
Note: If the Getty Center is closed on Mondays, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, the scenic spot will be replaced by the Griffith Observatory (120 mins).

Option 2: Universal Studios

Passengers will be picked up in the Los Angeles area in the early morning, enjoy you whole day in Universal Studios Hollywood. In the evening, we will return to the pickup points.

Option 3: San Diego City Tour

Passengers will be picked up in the Los Angeles area in the early morning. From there, we will head to San Diego, CA. Our tour of this amazing seaside city includes a Cruise of San Diego Harbor as well as visits to the USS Midway, and Old Town San Diego.

After an exciting day in this amazing city, we will return to Los Angeles in the evening.

Option 4: SeaWorld San Diego (120 miles)

In the morning, guests will have the chance to take the San Diego Harbor Cruise. After, they will visit SeaWorld San Diego, home to whales, dolphins, walruses, polar bears, and over 300 penguins. In addition to animals, the park also has several rides, including two roller coasters and a log flume. At the end of the day, we will return to Los Angeles for dropoff.

Option 5: Joshua Tree National Park-Yorba Linda (89 miles)

Today, we will head to Joshua Tree National Park and Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. You will have a wonderful trip and have a nice memory.
  • Departure: After arriving at the Phoenix airport, please take free shuttle and self check in at Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport: 427 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Please provide Confirmation and valid ID upon check in. Note that hotel check-in is available after 3:00pm
  • Return Flight arrangement:
    • Guests who participate in one-day tour except San Diego City 1 Day Tour or San Diego - SeaWorld 1 Day Tour can enjoy free airport drop-off service. Please arrange to leave Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) after 9:30pm (US domestic flight) or 10:30pm (international flight). ).
    • If you choose to participate in San Diego City 1 Day Tour or San Diego - SeaWorld on the day you leave the group, airport drop-off service is not available, you can choose to get off at regular locations: Pico House Los Angeles, Lincoln Plaza Hotel, Bokai Garden Hotel Rosemead, Sheraton San Gabriel, 99 Ranch Market Rowland Heights (please Inform when placing an order, otherwise it cannot be arranged).
    • Guests who do not participate in the one-day tour, there is no drop-off service, and need to leave the group by themselves. The hotel check-out time is 11:00 am.

  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 1 business day.

  • Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip, they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
  • Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule and fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
  • We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $300/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
    Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
    Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.
  • The tour schedule is for reference only, tour operator may make adjustment according to the actual situation.
  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
