    Guests should book flights that will arrive at the San Francisco airport before 11:00am if they would like to join an optional city tour that visits the Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street, and Chinatown. Those who arrive after 11:00am will be considered voluntary forfeit and no refunds will be given.

    Yellowstone National Park - Grand Teton - Jackson Hole - Pocatello (217 miles)

    Today, we will visit Yellowstone National Park, the oldest national park in the U.S., where we will see attractions like the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Fountain Paint Pot Geyser Basin, Midway Geyser Basin, and the most famous one - Old Faithful. We will also get the chance to see the various species of wildlife that inhabit the park, including bison, elk, and bears. Then, we will continue to Grand Teton National Park. Next we will tour Jackson Hole, beautiful arches made of elk antlers decorate thcentral plaza in this town with plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. We will head for Pocatello, ID for the night.

      Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

      Fountain Paint Pot, heated by the region's underground hot springs, F.P.P is half hot spring, half mud basin. The spring releases natural shades of red and yellow because of the oxidation of iron in the soil.

      Midway Geyser Basin

      The Midway Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park is relatively small, but contains an impressive amount of thermodynamic geologic activity, including the Grand Prismatic Hot Spring, the largest in Yellowstone.

      Old Faithful Geyser

      Old Faithful is a cone geyser in the Upper Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park. It is one of the park's most well-known natural features, and is famous for its predictability. It generally erupts every 91 minutes.

    Pocatello - Salt Lake City - Bryce Canyon National Park (368 miles)

    We will visit Hill Aerospace Museum, one of the largest US Air Force Museums in the country. Next we will visit Temple Square and learn about the Mormon settlement in depth. Later in the Afternoon, head to Bryce Canyon National Park. The limited archeological findings indicate that this area was used primarily for hunting with most habitation in the river valleys below. Over time, erosion has carved colorful limestone into thousands of spires, fins, arches and mazes. The formations collectively called "hoodoos," and are arranged and tinted with various colors. Overnight stay in Bryce Canyon.

      Approximately ten acres in size, Temple Square is the center of religious activity for the Church of Latter Day Saints, housing the Temple and Tabernacle that are central to the religion.

    Bryce Canyon National Park - Lower Antelope Canyon - Page - Zion National Park - Las Vegas (304 miles)

    In the morning, we will visit Lower Antelope Canyon, then hike to Horseshoe Bend. After that, we will visit Zion National Park. In the evening, we will arrive in Las Vegas. Guests can choose many restaurants to eat at or stop by one of the famous casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

David Jin, the man who conceived and funded Skywalk makes this U-shaped platform, which extends 70ft over the edge and about 4,000 feet over the canyon floor.     From the mind of Walt Disney, enjoy a full day in Disneyland- a theme park suitable for all ages.

    San Diego City Tour:
    In the morning, drive along the deep blue Pacific Ocean from the hotel to the second largest city in California, San Diego. This Southern Californian city is known for its U.S. Pacific Fleet naval base; containing a huge number & variety of warships that are anchored in the bay. We will cross the port from downtown by way of the San Diego Bay Bridge onto the beautiful & tranquil Coronado Island. From the center of the island you have expansive views overlooking downtown San Diego, giving you a spectacular overview of the city's architecture.
    Heading back to downtown, you will pass the Hotel del Coronado. This world-famous luxury hotel was built in the Wooden Victorian style in the 1800s, and has since become a National Landmark. Many world leaders and celebrities have been frequent visitors. After lunch the tour will visit the Navy Memorial Park where you can take pictures of the aircraft carriers. If you want to board one, a ticket must be purchased at the passenger's own expense. After, visit Balboa Park and enjoy the luscious botanical gardens and Spanish Baroque architecture lining the long promenades.
    Finally we will reach the birthplace of California - Old Town, where you will feel as if you stepped back in time as you walk among the classic Mexican Pueblos and shops offering many Latin American souvenirs and handicrafts.

    Los Angeles City Tour - Transfer to LAX (28 miles)

    In the morning, we will depart from our hotel and travel to the city of Santa Monica to walk along the Santa Monica Pier and enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean. Next, we will make our way to Beverly Hills via Rodeo Drive, where celebrities and the mega-rich shop for glamorous clothing and more. After leaving this wealthy enclave, we will head to the Original Farmers Market. After lunch, we will head to the hills above L.A. for spectacular views of the city and the iconic Hollywood Sign. Then, we will continue down Olvera Street and stop at the Staples Center. Afterward, guests will be transferred to LAX for their departure flights. Alternatively, guests can dismiss themselves on Hollywood Boulevard after the tour. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to schedule flights.

      This pedestrian mall in downtown LA is the oldest part of the city. Now a historic state landmark, Olvera Street is home to many craft shops and Mexicali restaurants. There are many kiosks lining the street as well.

      Staples Center

      This major arena in the Los Angeles area is home to the Los Angeles Sparks, Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers, and Los Angeles Clippers. It opened in 1999 and has a seating capacity of about 21,000.
    When West Yellowstone Hotels cannot be confirmed, hotels in Jackson will be used. Depending on hotel location, the sequence of the tour might be altered.

      • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

    • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
    • Airport Transfers: Children who are under 8 years old MUST be in a car seat according to California state law. Please enter your child age in the 'Child Age (if any)' field.
    • Luggage and infant car seat Policy: Maximum two luggage(one full size+one carry on). We will charge $25 for every extra suitcase.
      Each passenger is permitted one piece of luggage to be stored underneath the bus and one additional smaller handheld piece of luggage can be taken on board. Please note that strollers or wheelchairs will account as the one piece of luggage delegated to the passenger. Passenger can bring their own car seat or infant seat.
    • All passengers MUSTpurchase Theme Park Tickets(Disneyland & Universal Studios) from the tour guide. Passengers with own admission ticket MUST pay the transportation and service fee to the tour guide at $48 per person.
    • Buy 2 get 1 free promotion: Passengers must pay $50 per person if not take the Grand Canyon tour.
    • No smoking is allowed in the hotel rooms at any time. Failure to comply will result in a $300.00 fine payable immediately and charged by Hotel.

      Confirmation

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. No change in pick-up location is allowed within 2 business days from departure. We are not responsible for the missed tour due to unconfirmed change in pick up locations.

    Cancellations and Alteration fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours through web mail at Contact Us. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply within 2 business days, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately at 617.500.7002.
    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of $100 per person.
    • Cancellations received within 22-30 days of departure will incur a penalty of $300 per person.
    • Cancellations received within 21 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.

      We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
      There is 6% handling fee of refund amount add-on to the above penalties.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements (e.g. minimum number of passengers) or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
