    Los Angeles - Santa Barbara - Monterey - San Francisco (410 miles)

    In the morning, the tour group will head north towards Santa Barbara along California golden Pacific coast. Upon arrival, you are able to visit the court house, where in the viewing deck is the best place to appreciate this exotic and Mediterranean style resort city. After lunch, the group will keep going north along world famous California PCH #1 towards 17 miles area. During the tour in 17 Miles, you are able to visit Lone Cypress, Bird Rock as well as prestigious Pebble Beach Golf Club. Stay in Bay Area overnight.

Afterwards, the group will go the Lake Tahoe to feel the clearest water in the world. Furthermore, you are able to take the cruise to see the fantastic Emerald Bay. Stay overnight in Reno.

    In the morning, the tour will head westbound along the Lincoln Memorial Highway I-80, during which the visitors are able to see the largest basin in US west. After stop at Elko for lunch, the group will visit the Bonneville Salt Flats, which is considered as one of the best place to take wedding photos and Solar de Uyuni in North America. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City.

      A primary town in northern Nevada for local economy, since the largest gold mine in USA located nearby. This city is called the capital of Nevada's gold belt.
    • Tooele, UT

      Tooele is a city in Utah, approximately 30 minutes west of Salt Lake City. It offers stunning views of the nearby Oquirrh Mountains and Great Salt Lake. The Tooele Arts festival is a popular annual event that attracts many artists and musicians.

      Bonneville Salt Flats

      One of the prominent salt flats in western hemisphere, and considered the twin sister of Bolivia's Solar de Uyuni, the Bonneville Salt Flats are a favorite among photographers who enjoy mountain range scenery. Given its flat terrain, the area is known for speed trials available to the public throughout the summer and fall.

    Salt Lake City - Yellowstone (261 miles)

    In the morning after we left hotel, will all the way heading to the first national park in the world -Yellowstone National Park. We will ten of Yellowstone's unique scenery over the spans of 2 days, such as Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring and Fountain Paint Pot, Fountain Hiking trail, Morning Glory pool and so on. Spend the night in West Yellowstone.

      Old Faithful Geyser

      Yellowstone National Park's famous geyser Old Faithful has been called the most predictable geographical feature in the world. Its reliability has been documented since 1870, when Minnesotan explorer Nathaniel P. Langford gave it its now-world-famous moniker.

      Grand Prismatic Hot Spring

      The third largest hot spring in the world, the Grand Prismatic Hot Spring gets its color from bacteria around its rim that feed off of the mineral-rich water. In the summer months, the hot spring is a vivid red-orange shade.

      Fountain Paint Pot

      Fountain Paint Pot, heated by the region's underground hot springs, F.P.P is half hot spring, half mud basin. The spring releases natural shades of red and yellow because of the oxidation of iron in the soil.

      Morning Glory Pool

      This hot spring in the Upper geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming is famous for it's bright red-orange and blue-green coloring. These colors come from the bacteria which inhabit the geyser's interior.

      Morning Glory Pool Trail

      Enjoy an easy 1.4 mile (2.8 miles round trip) paved trail in the Upper Geyser Basin that passes by enormous geysers and scenic landscapes. Trail highlights include a castle, grotto, and riverside geysers.

    Yellowstone National Park - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson Hole - Salt Lake City (262 miles)

    In the morning we will continue our tour inside Yellowstone National Park, visiting Norris Basin, Yellowstone Canyon, Yellowstone Fall, Mud Volcano and Yellowstone Lake. We will exit the park after lakeside lunch and get into Grand Teton National Park to see amazing Mountain View, and after that continue heading to the famous small town Jackson. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City later on.

      Norris Geyser Basin

      Yellowstone National Park is full of areas like this - geyser basins - large, open areas where geothermic pressure from below the ground's surface force up various geysers and springs. The Norris Basin is one of the more accessible.

      Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

      This impressive gap in the earth in the first large canyon on the Yellowstone River. It is 24 miles long, and can reach a quarter-mile in depth and 3/4 a mile in width. It is gorgeously colored.

      Lower Yellowstone River Falls

      The Yellowstone Falls of the Yellowstone River in Wyoming are separated into Upper and Lower Falls. The Lower is the larger, and at 308 feet high, almost twice as tall as Niagara Falls in New York.

      Mud Volcano Area

      The Mud Volcano blew itself apart in the early 20th century, but visitors can still see the impressive crater and other geothermal features in the surrounding area, such as the Mud Cauldron, Black Dragon's Caldron, and Dragon's Mouth Spring.

      Yellowstone Lake

      At 7,732 feet in the air, Yellowstone Lake is the largest freshwater lake above 7,000 feet in all of North America. This large, crystalline lake is a hotbed of geothermal activity and also contains underwater hot springs.

      Yellowstone Bear World

      This drive-through wildlife park is home to a litany of large and rare local animals, including Rocky Mountain Elk, Bison, White-tail Deer, Mule Deer, Rocky Mountain Goats, Moose and of course American Black Bear, Grizzly Bear and Gray Wolves.

    • Grand Teton National Park, WY

      Grand Teton National Park is is located in the Rocky Mountains, Northwest Wyoming. Grand Teton National Park is noted for its stunning mountain vistas, its shimmering alpine lakes and its abundant wildlife.

      Please note we are not able to go the Grand Teton and Jackson hole before 5/12/17 since the south gate of Yellowstone will not opened until that date. We will visit Yellowstone Bear World and Idaho Falls instead.

    • Jackson Hole, WY

      Famous frontier town, located at the crossing of Grand Teton and Rocky Mountains, it became a heaven for outdoors sports enthusiast. The widely praised Elk Antler Arches Park, with its four arches made with thousands of elk antlers is a must see.

    Las Vegas

    Today guests will have the whole day to explore the city of Las Vegas at their leisure.
    Option 2:

    Las Vegas - Grand Canyon - Las Vegas (167 miles)

    In the morning guests will visit the Hoover Dam. Afterward, we will proceed to the Grand Canyon West Rim. Guests may take an optional visit to the Eagle Point, Skywalk Glass Bridge and Guano Point or an optional Helicopter and Boat Tour to more fully experience the canyon. Afterward, we will return to Las Vegas for the night.

      Las Vegas is known as the "Entertainment Capital of the World" for a good reason-- casinos and hotels line its streets, and visitors can gamble, see shows, and shop at virtually any hour of the day or night.

      Hoover Dam

      The largest dam of its time, the Hoover Dam was constructed in just five years by thousands of workers. The entire project required 3.25 million cubic yards of concrete and is almost 750 feet high.

    • Grand Canyon, AZ

      The Grand Canyon is often considered one of the seven wonders of the world, it offers one of the most spectacular examples of erosion which cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

      Grand Canyon West Rim

      Grand Canyon West is not part of Grand Canyon National Park, but a separate tourist area run by the Hualapai Tribe out of their reserved lands. It is the location of sights such as the Skywalk Glass Bridge.

      Skywalk Glass Bridge

      The Skywalk Glass Bridge hangs almost a mile into the air over the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Guests can feel like they are floating as they look down through the transparent floors of the horseshoe-shaped bridge.

      West Rim Grand Canyon Helicopter and Boat Tour

      These exciting tours from the West Rim descend directly into the Grand Canyon. They combine the thrill of a helicopter and the speed of a pontoon boat to form an unforgettable up-close experience with the magnificent Grand Canyon.

      Eagle Point

      Eagle Point is one of the main attractions of the Grand Canyon West Rim. The area features the Skywalk Glass Bridge, and also a "Native American Village" walking tour as well as live performances and demonstrations by tribe members.

      Guano Point

      This scenic viewpoint gets its name from the Bat Cave Mine it overlooks. Visitors can enjoy the panoramic views of the Grand Canyon as well as learn the history of the old mine, parts of which still stand today.

      West Rim Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour

      On this tour, you will fly above and deep into the Grand Canyon via the West Rim in a might helicopter, following the winding path of the Colorado River.

    Las Vegas - Barstow - Los Angeles (228 miles)

    Early morning we will head toward the M&M Chocolate factory and the Cactus Garden. At the chocolate factory you can taste some of the famous specialty chocolates. Take the included onsite tour and you can see the process of making chocolates. At the Cactus Garden you can take pictures of hundreds of cactus plants from all four US deserts. After lunch,we will go to Barstow Outlet for brand name shopping. In the early evening we will return to Los Angeles.

    We will depart for San Diego to enjoy a full day in this exciting city. When we arrive, we will embark on a Naval Cruise to see the most important sites used by the U.S. Navy in the Port of San Diego. Then we will visit the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier, Balboa Park, and Old Town San Diego, before returning to Los Angeles, where the tour will eventually end.

      Naval Cruise

      On this cruise, you will sail the waters of the Port of San Diego and see the most important U.S. naval sites in the area, from statues and monuments to ships themselves, like aircraft carriers, frigates and hospital ships.

      The USS Midway Museum is a maritime museum located on the Navy Pier in downtown San Diego. Much like the Intrepid in New York City, the museum consists of a decommissioned aircraft carrier that has become an educational facility.

      Historic Old Town, San Diego is a historical and tourist-centered area that was the sight of the first European settlement in California. Within its boundaries are a litany of hotels, restaurants, shops, and two large parks.

    In the morning, we will drive along famous Highway One out of downtown Los Angeles until we reach Oxnard, famous for its numerous strawberry fields. After passing through, we will continue to lovely Santa Barbara where we will see intoxicating exotic scenery in this pearl of the Pacific. While we are in the area, we will stop by State Street to visit many local shops and the famous County Courthouse. In the afternoon, we will board an Seaview Train that will return us to Los Angeles, providing us with a an opportunity to admire the impeccable beauty of California's coast.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.

    Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 8-14 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
