Day 1: San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco. Guests will be transferred from the airport to the hotel for checkin.

Day 2: San Francisco City Tour

Today we will tour the city of San Francisco, CA. Stops on our tour include the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, and Palace of Fine Art. In the afternoon, guests will take a Extensive San Francisco Tour that visits even more locations.

San Francisco, CA

Fisherman's Wharf

In the morning, head south to Yosemite National Park through miles of vineyards, orchards, and fertile farmland of California. Enter Yosemite National Park to view the highest waterfall in California -Yosemite Falls, El Capitan Rock, and Tunnel View. Return to Los Angeles in the evening.

Yosemite National Park in central California is best known for the amazing granite cliffs of the Yosemite Valley as well as the towering Yosemite Falls and Sequoias. Millions of people every year journey to this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

El Capitan

The largest granite monolith in the world, El Capitan is located across from Bridalveil Falls in Yosemite National Park. It juts up about 3,000 feet from the ground, and is a favorite of experienced rock climbers.

Tunnel View

One of Yosemite National Park's most popular outlooks, the Tunnel View near the Wawona Tunnel is often the first look at some of the famous formations visitors get. The site was renovated and re-dedicated in October of 2008.

Yosemite Falls

The Yosemite Falls in Yosemite National Park, California are the highest known waterfall in all of North America. The Falls are on one of the park's most famous attractions, especially in the spring when they have the most water.

Day 4: Los Angeles - Las Vegas - St. George (389 miles)

We will leave Los Angeles area in the morning. We will drive past the San Bernardino Forest and through the Mojave Desert into the state of Nevada. We will have lunch in Las Vegas and then proceed east. We will spend the night in St. George, UT.

Day 5: St. George - Antelope Canyon - Salt Lake City (394 miles)

Today, we will visit Upper Antelope Canyon, one of the Southwest's most famous national parks and a beloved destination for photographers from around the world. After spending the day admiring the amazing natural scenery, we will head to Salt Lake City, UT for the night.

Antelope Canyon, AZ

This slot canyon, made of sandstone, was formed by flood and rainwater. Its narrow, winding passageways and high walls give Upper Antelope Canyon its unique and distinctive appearance. It is on a Navajo reservation.

Antelope Canyon may be closed due to other irresistible condition and we will visit X Canyon instead.

Upper Antelope Canyon

Upper Antelope Canyon is called "the place where water runs through rocks" by the Navajo. Its entrance and entire length are at ground level, requiring no climbing. Beams occur most often in the summer months, as they require the sun to be high in the sky. Light beams start to peek into the canyon March 20 and disappear October 7 each year.

Page, AZ

Page is a city in Coconino County, Arizona, United States, near the Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. Page was founded in 1957 as a housing community for workers and their families during the construction of nearby Glen Canyon Dam on the Colorado River.

Horseshoe Bend

Horseshoe Bend, located within the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area about 5 miles downriver from Lake Powell, is a sharp turn in the Colorado River that formed from erosion over the course of millions of years.

Day 6: Salt Lake City - Yellowstone (369 miles)

Depart early in the morning, we will drive along the Great Salt Lake basin. The salinity of water here is seven times greater than that of the ocean. After visiting Hill Aerospace Museum, you will reach the cowboy state of Wyoming by noon. After lunch, head to the world famous Yellowstone National Park. Stay in West Yellowstone.

Utah's gorgeous capital city sits amidst the mountains of the American Southwest on the shores of the breathtaking Great Salt Lake. The city is steeped in history and architecture in addition to wondrous vistas and scenery.

Great Salt Lake

The largest saltwater lake in the Western Hemisphere is the famous Great Salt Lake in northern Utah. People visit the lake's namesake, Salt Lake City, every year to see the natural wonder and tour its shores.

Day 7: Yellowstone - Gillette (251 miles)

Today we continue to visit Yellowstone Park, the famous old faithful geyser, the romantic Yellowstone Lake, the majestic Yellowstone Canyon and Yellowstone Waterfall, the mysterious and quiet forest, the colorful hot springs, the fishing bridge between the lakes and mountains, and other beautiful scenery are distributed in this ancient volcanic plateau about one-fourth of Taiwan. It is the largest wildlife sanctuary in the United States. you will see various wild animals, enjoy their lives here as their home. Arrive in Gillette in the evening.

Largest, oldest and most famous national park - a fascinating scenery of hot springs, geysers, canyons & waterfalls

Old Faithful Geyser

Old Faithful is a cone geyser in the Upper Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park. It is one of the park's most well-known natural features, and is famous for its predictability. It generally erupts every 91 minutes.

Yellowstone Lake

Yellowstone Lake isn't just the largest single body of water in Yellowstone National Park, but the largest elevated freshwater lake in the US. The lake contains several underwater hot springs that melt its otherwise thick ice sheets in the winter.

Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

This impressive gap in the earth in the first large canyon on the Yellowstone River. It is 24 miles long, and can reach a quarter-mile in depth and 3/4 a mile in width. It is gorgeously colored.

Fishing Bridge

Located near the mouth of the Yellowstone River, the Fishing Bridge is a great location to spot the native Cutthroat trout. There is an RV park of the same name nearby.

Day 8: Gillette - MT. Rushmore - Crazy Horse - Denver (412 miles)

Depart in the morning and head to the world-famous Presidential Stone Statue in South Dakota, which stands in Mt. Rushmore. In the afternoon, we came to the hometown of cowboys in the west, and visited the Indian National Heroes Pavilion - Crazy Horse, the largest statue in the world. Overnight at Denver.

Mount Rushmore National Memorial, SD

This famous United States monument in the Black Hills of western South Dakota depicts the busts of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. The 60-foot tall statues are carved right into the side of the mountains.
Crazy Horse, SD

Crazy Horse Memorial is the world's largest sculpture-in-progress, and frequent drilling and mountain blasts make each visit unique. When completed, Crazy Horse Memorial will stand 563 feet tall by 641 feet long.

Crazy Horse Memorial

This in-construction monument to famous Native American war hero Crazy Horse is currently being carved into the side of Thunderhead Mountain in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The completed sculpture would be the largest in the world.

Day 9: Denver - Arches National Park - Monticello (309 miles)

In the morning, we will head to the world's largest natural sandstone arch concentration - Arch National Park. Overnight at Monticello, Utah.

Arches National Park is home to the breathtaking scenery of natural stone arches, like the Delicate Arch and Fiery Furnace. It is close to Moab and Canyonlands National Park.

Day 10: Monticello - Bryce Canyon National Park - Las Vegas (347 miles)

In the morning, we will drive to the Bryce Canyon National Park. In the evening we came to the splendid, never sleep city: Las Vegas. Overnight at Las Vegas.

Bryce Canyon National Park is named for just one of many canyons which form a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters on the edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.

Departure & Return

Airport pickup: Complimentary pick up is available from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Additional charge for transfers from 10:00pm-8:00am: $100 and up per room.
Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of flight delay of more than 30 minutes, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If you arrive before the tour's starting date and book the same hotel through Gotobus, airport pick-up service may be arranged accordingly.
Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour. Please book flights to depart from Los Angeles after 10:00pm.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person
(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
