  • Hello Take Tours. Our tour guide was Fruit. I forgot the name of the driver of the bus but he should get a 5 star, too. Thank you very much to Fruit and the bus driver. He was very informative especially on the hotels, lunch and dinner places we can go. He knows the interesting sites will show us where the restrooms are what is a good view on Crater Lake, Mt. Rainier and the Redwood NP, Oregon Capitol and Washington Capitol. The bus did not have any radio or music. I think we should have more time on both the Crater Lake and Mount Rainier NP. Overall we had a wonderful time!

  • This was our 3rd trip with Take tours we had earlier done Yellowstone trip and an East Cost trip. Overall I can say the trip was ok comparing it to my earlier trips. I felt as if I spent more time on the bus then in the tourist spots. The spots covered were very good but very less time given to view them. The itinerary could have been much better. We were at Washington Park with so much to see and we were only taken to Rose test garden which was awesome but only 30 minutes to view it, not enough. There was Oregon zoo and an holocaust memorial which was not considered in the itinerary. Similarly we were also charged for Seattle downtown tour of $35 which covered a walk around the pikes place market on our own, I do not understand why were we charged for same along with an additional $10 for parking. For a group of 5 this was a huge amount wasted. Also, the bus went and drop people back to hotel from Boeing Factory in another direction as some group didn't want to continue, it was ridiculous to spend our time. Also with food for dinner every time we were at a hotel from where we had only around 2 fast food chains at walk-able distance. There was also a big quarrel on the trip between the guide and a group with regards to optional packages leading to some unpleasant memories.

  • A hectic but fun tour that took us from San Francisco to Seattle and return by scenic train to Eugene and bus back to Frisco. Saw all the sights as itemised. Met new friends and saw the library where a part of the film Harry Potter was made at Washington State. Visited the original first Starbucks in Seattle. Thumbs up.
