Day 1: San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco at San Francisco International Airport. If you take a domestic flight will meet us in the "Level 1 Courtyard 4". If you take an international flight will meet us at the "International Terminal Bus Courtyard G". Please refer to the "Departure&Return" for more detailed information.

Day 2: San Francisco - Yosemite - Fresno (228 miles)

In the morning we'll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains, and sparkling streams and lakes, glacier-carved canyons, all these unique features make up this Nature's true wonder. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air. Stay overnight in Fresno.

Today we will leave Las Vegas for two major national parks in Utah: Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park.

Day 7: Page - Antelope Canyon - Las Vegas (286 miles)

Enjoy a scenic ride on the Colorado Plateau this morning toward Antelope Canyon passing by Glen Canyon Dam, which holds back Lake Powell. Afterward we will visit Horseshoe Bend. Then we will head to Antelope Canyon to explore the lower parts of the canyon. Then, we will drive to Las Vegas for the night.

Day 8: Las Vegas-Barstow-Los Angeles (272 miles)

Follow your tour guide to capture selfies in the hotspot of Las Vegas - Las Vegas Welcome Signboard! Besides, before we leave Las Vegas, we can’t forget to visit M&M'S Las Vegas and Coca-Cola Store Las Vegas! You will get to experience an in-depth tour of the two stores. You can also watch 3D movies in the sweet air! Following, we will take an adventure over to the Seven Magic Mountains. Finally, we will drive to Tanger Outlets in Barstow to enjoy some free-time shopping.

Day 9: Los Angeles Free day

Option 1: CT1: Los Angeles City Tour

We will leave in the early morning to visit the birthplace of Los Angeles at Olvera Street! Following we will visit the world-famous Hollywood walk of fame. Shortly after, is Rodeo Drive and Beverly center to go shopping in paradise. Finally, we will visit the landmark the Getty Center!
Note: If the Getty Center is closed on Mondays, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, the scenic spot will be replaced by the Griffith Observatory (120 mins).

Option 2: J1: Joshua Tree National Park and Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum (89 miles)

Today, we will head to Joshua Tree National Park and Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. You will have a wonderful trip and have a nice memory.

Option 3: SD1: San Diego City Tour

Passengers will be picked up in the Los Angeles area in the early morning. From there, we will head to San Diego, CA. Our tour of this amazing seaside city includes a Cruise of San Diego Harbor as well as visits to the USS Midway, and Old Town San Diego.

After an exciting day in this amazing city, we will return to Los Angeles in the evening.

Option 4: SW1: SeaWorld San Diego (120 miles)

In the morning, guests will have the chance to take the San Diego Harbor Cruise. After, they will visit SeaWorld San Diego, home to whales, dolphins, walruses, polar bears, and over 300 penguins. In addition to animals, the park also has several rides, including two roller coasters and a log flume. At the end of the day, we will return to Los Angeles for dropoff.

Option 5: US1: Universal Studios

Passengers will be picked up in the Los Angeles area in the early morning, enjoy you whole day in Universal Studios Hollywood. In the evening, we will return to the pickup points.
  • Airport Pick-up Location:
    Arrival procedure for US domestic & Canada flight: Level 1 Courtyard 4.
    Arrival procedure for International flight: International Terminal Bus Courtyard G
    Free Airport pickup time: 10:00-22:00 (Every 2 hours, that is 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22 o'clock.) It means free pickup for finishing check out and standing at the gate before 22:00. (The free pickup service is based on the seat availability, first come first serve. So it is possible that you need to wait a little bit long during high season.) Airport meeting: The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform, holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider's icon.
  • Return Arrangement:
    • For guests who participate in SD1/SW1 and do not participate in the one-day tour, there is no drop-off service, and they need to leave the group by themselves.
    • For guests who participate in CT or US1, please book a flight departing after 20:00 pm.
    • For guests who participate in AS1 or DL1 or J1 or PS1, please book a flight departing after 21:30 (US domestic flight) or 22:30 (international flight).
    • Guests can choose to get off at regular locations: Pico House Los Angeles, Lincoln Plaza Hotel, Bokai Garden Hotel Rosemead, Sheraton San Gabriel, 99 Ranch Market Rowland Heights (please Inform when placing an order, otherwise it cannot be arranged).

  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 2-3 business day.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip, they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
  • Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule and fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
  • We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $300/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
    Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
    Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.
  • The tour schedule is for reference only, tour operator may make adjustment according to the actual situation.
  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
