Day 1: San Francisco - Yosemite - Fresno (308 miles)

Guests will be picked up in San Francisco in the morning. Today we will drive to Yosemite National Park, where we will see sights such as El Capitan and the Half Dome. We will spend the night in Fresno, CA.

    The largest granite monolith in the world, El Capitan is located across from Bridalveil Falls in Yosemite National Park. It juts up about 3,000 feet from the ground, and is a favorite of experienced rock climbers.

Day 2: Fresno - Calico - Las Vegas (402 miles)

Today we will head east, stopping in Calico to explore its Ghost Town, home of historic sites and spooky stories. We will head to Las Vegas for the night.

Day 3: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon (354 miles)

Today we will visit Grand Canyon National Park at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We will spend the night here or in Flagstaff, AZ.

Today we will visit Monument Valley Tribal Park, which is located on the Navajo reservation. We will join a sightseeing tour led by a local guide. Our night will be spent in Page, AZ.

In the morning, we will visit Lake Powell and the Glen Canyon Dam. We will then drive through the Painted Desert to Bryce Canyon National Park, where we will spend the remainder of the day. We will also overnight in the area.

  • Tips are not included. We recommend for one to tip the guide $5.00 per passenger per day and $5.00 to the driver per passenger per day.

  • Depart San Francisco. We travel to Yosemite National Park with its high cliffs and waterfalls. Be amazed at the glitter of Las Vegas. See the Grand Canyon - one of the Seven Natural Wonders. Catch Monument Valley made famous by countless movies including John Wayne. See the carved spires that rise in brilliant colors from the amphitheaters at Bryce and finally the soaring cliffs.
  • Due to space limit your baggage allowance is 1 suitcase and 1 handbag.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

  • You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will have 50% cancellation penalty.
  • Full tour price will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or less. No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
  • No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
  • EAST COAST TOURS INCLUDING AIR: No refund for any changes or cancellations made after booking the tour.
  • WEST COAST CANCELLATION ON TOURS WITH AIR: A non refundable fee of $75.00 per person applies from time of booking for the air portion. The rest of cancellation policy remains as above.

Responsibility
We act as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. We reserve the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. We reserve the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
