Day 1: San Juan

Today, guests will fly into San Juan, Puerto Rico. After collecting their luggage, they should wait for their tour guide at the airport and then transfer to the hotel. This is the beginning of a beautiful, Caribbean experience in Puerto Rico. Please refer to the "Departure & Return" for more detailed information.

Day 2: San Juan - Culebra Island - San Juan(172 km)

Today, we will sail to Culebra Island via a yacht. Once we are there, we can go snorkeling and see the unique local sea turtles, enjoying the in-depth experience of the underwater world. On the yacht, we will enjoy a free buffet lunch with wine, food, and an unlimited supply of fruit. Finally, we will arrive on Flamenco Beach.

Note:If wind and waves are too large and other weather reasons,can not go to C Island, we will go to the Icacos Island instead.

*Age Limit: C Island requires more than 3 years old. If you are under 3 years old, visit Icacos Island. The local government in order to protect this beautiful beach, as far as possible to maintain the original appearance, so there is no dock, need to swim for five to ten minutes to the beach.

    Culebra is home to a range of gorgeous natural areas, bays, snorkeling sites and all manner of fine beaches, also inhabiting an entirely different planet culturally speaking.

    Flamenco Beach

    Flamenco Beach is a public beach on the Caribbean island of Culebra. It is known for its shallow turquoise waters, white sand, swimming areas, and diving sites. It stretches for a mile around a sheltered, horseshoe-shaped bay. Flamenco beach was ranked 3rd best beach in the world with a TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award.

Day 3: Bacardi - La Guancha de Ponce - Bio Bay

Today, we will tour the Casa Bacardi. We will get the chance to taste some samples and attend a free cocktail-making class with fantastic bartenders. In the afternoon, we will come to the La Guancha de Ponce, we may also enjoy the beach promenades and bars nearby. Then we will also visit Bio Bay, where we can see the glowing plankton that looks like little fireflies in the water. we will take an electric boat and no age limit for this activity.

    Casa Bacardi

    Casa Bacardi, as the tourist center is known, showcases Bacardi's history. This includes a film about the company's founding and the first distillery the family business used.

    Bio Bay Fajardo

    Hidden along the Caribbean coast is one of the most spectacular Bioluminescent Bays in the world. The mysterious blue-green light is created by micro-organisms which thrive in an environment uniquely suited to their needs. A trip into the bay at night is a magical experience.

Day 4: San Juan City Tour - Home

Today, we will do a San Juan city tour where you can visit places like Old San Juan, Cathedral of San Juan Bautista, Puerta de San Juan and La Princesa Fountain. This is an Exclusive shopping district, a luxury designer fashion from Condado, Old San Juan craftsmen handmade goods, everything. Then we will go to enjoy El Verde BBQ at noon. We could enjoy a relaxing BBQ and taste a cup of Pina Colada. We will transfer to the airport afterwards.

    Puerta de San Juan

    Built in the late 1700s, the San Juan Gate (Puerta de San Juan) is one of six original massive wooden doors in the City Wall surrounding Old San Juan, but this is the only one that remains.

    Catedral San Juan Bautista

    This Roman Catholic cathedral in San Juan is the second oldest cathedral in the Americas. The current building was built in 1540, but before that, a wooden cathedral stood. Unfortunately, that structure was destroyed during a hurrican.

    La Princesa Fountain

    On your walk through Paseo La Princesa, you'll walk by the gorgeous Raices Fountain built in 1992. Raices fountain represents Puerto Rican roots; the Taino Natives, the Spanish, and The Africans.
  • Airport Meet and Greet: Please wait at the "Taxi waiting area" (D area) outside the airport, the tour guide will meet you there; If you are Jet Blue flight, please wait at the "Passengers waiting room" after you exit from the "A Terminal". Free group pick-up: 9: 00AM-9: 00PM, required at the airport waiting for other flight passengers. Personal pick-up at your own expense: 24 hours, the first and second person $80, any increase 1 person, plus $10.
  • Return Flight Arrangement: Please book your flight departure from SJU after 3:00 PM. If your flight departure after 7:00 PM we will transfer you to San Juan shopping center for shopping.

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

  • Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellation and change policy

  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Luggage Restriction
    Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Additional Note

  • ID Card: Puerto Rico is the largest insular territory of the United States. All visitors must bring valid US visa or any US ID (driving license) to attend this tour.
  • Clothes: Please take along your beach pants, swim trunks, swimming goggles and a set of dry clothes. Since there is large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, we suggest you to take a long-sleeved shirt as well.
  • Money: US dollars (some shops only accept cash), Credit Card, Debit Card are all available.
  • Other: waterproof sunscreens (SPF 50+), mosquito repellents, umbrella, slipper, sandal, sports shoes, sunglasses.
