  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years.

Day 1: Mt. Rainier National park - Seattle (115 miles)

Today, we will spend our time in Mount Rainier National Park.

Itinerary From 03/25 to 11/30:

Seattle - Rainier National Park - Longmire Museum (20 mins) - Narada Falls (40 mins) - Paradise Visitor Center (120 mins) - Return to Seattle

Itinerary From 12/01 to 03/24:

Seattle - Rainier National Park - Longmire Museum (60 mins) - Washington State Capitol Building (60 mins) - Seattle

Special Notes:

1. Along the way of Wonderland Trail, we will arrange parking for 1-2 attractions according to the actual situation: Narada Falls, Paradise Visitor Center.

2. In the case of heavy snowfall during the winter season, the schedule of going uphill at Mount Rainier National Park may be halted. We will instead enjoy the breathtaking views at the foot of the mountain instead.

    Mount Rainier National Park is named for Mount Rainier itself, the tallest peak in the United States and an active volcano predicted to massively erupt sometime in the next decade.

    Duration: Approx. 2 Hours 30 Minutes

    Longmire Museum

    Located on the south side of Mount Rainier at 2,700 feet above sea level, Longmire Museum makes up part of the historic Longmire district. Once a ranger office, the building now houses historic exhibits about the park's natural and geological history, and animals. This small museum offers a good historical overview of the park, the Longmire family, and the Native Americans who once traveled through this area. You'll also find old photographs, and displays of local plants and animals. It's worth a quick stop.

    Narada Falls

    At only 150 feet from the road to Paradise, Narada Falls is the largest waterfall accessible by car in the park, and one of the most impressive. Here the Paradise River plunges over the edge of a relatively recent flow of hard andesite lava that abuts much older rock.

    Paradise Visitor Center

    Paradise is famous for its glorious views and wildflower meadows. When James Longmire's daughter-in-law, Martha, first saw this site, she exclaimed, "Oh, what a paradise!" The park's main visitor center, the Henry M. Jackson Memorial Visitor Center, is located in the upper parking area. Paradise is also the primary winter-use area in the park, receiving on average 643 inches (53.6 feet/16.3 meters) of snow a year.

Day 2: Seattle City Tour

As the largest city in the Pacific Northwest region, Seattle is filled with many landmarks. Today, we will visit Gas Works Park, Museum of Flight, Pike Place Market, the First Starbucks Store. We will also visit the outside of Space Needle and go to Sky View Obervatory at Columbia Center. After that we will continue to visit Chihuly Garden & Glass. Afterwards, we will visit Pioneer Square.
During 03/15-04/20 , we'll additional to take a 75mins University of Washington Cherry Blossom Tour after visit the Gas Works Park, also please note that the view of the cherry blossom vary due to weather conditions.

    One of the oldest farmers' markets in the United States, the Pike Place Market first opened in 1909-- more than 100 years ago. The still-thriving market overlooking Elliot Bay sees more than 10 million visitors every year.

    Chihuly Garden and Glass
    This magnificent garden is an exhibit at the Seattle Center that displays the incredible glassworks of Dale Chihuly. The facility includes a garden, a glasshouse, interior exhibits, and a theater. Inside the glasshouse is a 100 foot long structure.

Seattle takes the ferry go to Bainbridge (45 mins) - Olympic National Park - Hurricane Ridge (75 mins) - Lake Crescent (30 mins) - Marymere Falls (45 mins) - Bainbridge takes the ferry back to Seattle (35 mins)

Special Note:

In case of closure of Hurricane Ridge or other irresistible factors (such as heavy rain, mudslides and other extreme weather), the itinerary will be changed to Ediz Hook (30 mins) - East Beach (30 mins).

11/01-03/31 Itinerary: 

Seattle - Olympic National Park - Lake Crescent (30 mins) - East Beach (30 mins) - Marymere Falls (45 mins) - Ediz Hook (30 mins)- Bainbridge takes the ferry back to Seattle (45 mins)

Special Notes:

Olympic National Park is mountainous tourist attractions. In order to ensure the proper time to visit each scenic location, we highly recommend guests to prepare lunch foods in advance.

    This UNESCO World Heritage Site in the northwesternmost corner of the United States is best known for being part of the largest temperate rainforest on the planet. It is also home to gorgeous coastline and a portion of the Olympic Mountains.

    Hurricane Ridge

    Located within Washington's Olympic National Park, this mountainous region is a popular destination for hiking, skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, several picnic areas open up, making this a great spot for a day-trip from nearby Seattle.

    In case of closure of Hurricane Ridge or other irresistible factors (such as heavy rain, mudslides and other extreme weather), the itinerary will be changed to Ediz Hook (30 mins) - East Beach (30 mins).

    Lake Crescent

    This deep lake in the heart of Olympic National Park holds water that is a brilliant hue of bright blue. It was formed during the last Ice Age by thousands of years of glacial activity.

    Marymere Falls

    Marymere Falls is accessed by a one-mile, well-maintained, dirt trail through old-growth lowland forest consisting of fir, cedar, hemlock, and alder trees. Falls creek descends from Aurora Ridge and tumbles over Marymere Falls and then flows into Barnes Creek. It has a height of 90 feet (27 m).

    Ediz Hook

    Ediz Hook is a long, thin peninsula that juts out from the Port Angeles Harbor. The vast open view of the hook showcases the blue and green colors of the Olympic Mountains and also gives a faint view of Canada from across the water. Other than the group of stray community cats that roam the area, you are more than likely to find seals and peeks of orcas in the distance. Additionally, there is an abundance of different types of birds.

    East Beach

    The aptly-named East Beach is tucked away on Lake Crescent’s northeastern end, less than one mile from Highway 101.East Beach stretches from Stearns Wharf to the City limits just past the Clark Estate, on the eastern end of the four-mile stretch of City beach parks. East Beach offers picnic facilities, more than a dozen volleyball courts, a playground, and beautiful ocean views.

Day 4: Seattle - Snoqualmie - Leavenworth (156 miles)

See the Snoqualmie Falls, one of Washington State's most popular scenic attractions visited by 1.5 million visitors every year. Explore the German village 2.5 hours northwest from Seattle, the most popular town in this area where people celebrates all the time. You can see nice maple leaves here in falls. The town site of Leavenworth was across the Wenatchee River from Icicle and was named Leavenworth the same year the rail construction began.

    Located near the waterfalls of the same name, this small town near Seattle us home to the Northwest Railway Museum and is named for the local Native American tribe that once inhabited the area.

    Snoqualmie Falls

    This waterfall is located in Washington, in the greater Seattle area, along the river of the same name. The falls and the town gained international recognition when they were used as filming locations for the hit show "Twin Peaks."

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.

  • Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
