Day 1: Seattle

There is free airport pick-up service during 9:00AM-10:00PM. Please wait for the tour guide at number 1 Baggage Claim area, and then guests will be taken to the hotel to catch a rest. Guests are able to arrange the rest of day by their own,or join our optional Morning Tour or Night Tour. (To arrange the Morning/Night tour, it requires at least 4 guests enrolled; Departure during 4/15 - 10/8, the tour is guaranteed once you book in advance. )

Today we will departure for Woodburn Premium Outlets in the morning, and enjoy all the tax-free shopping, paradise for purchasing indeed.
  • Woodburn, OR

    Surrounded by farmland, Woodburn, Oregon flourishes in the heart of the Willamette Valley just 35 miles south of Portland. The railroad and vision of Jesse H. Settlemier gave birth to the city of Woodburn in 1889. Woodburn has a rich cultural base because of the large populations of Anglos, Hispanics, Mennonites, Russians and senior citizens who have come to live, work and play here.

    Woodburn Outlets

    The Woodburn Outlets are the largest outlets in Oregon with more than 100 brands. Oregon is a great state for shopping, because there is no sales tax, so you'll be able to enjoy even more savings!

Day 3: Summer: Crater Lake National Park / Winter: Portland In-depth City Tour(370 miles)

Summer Schedule (April 23 - Sep 30): After breakfast, we will travel to Crater Lake National Park. Upon arrival, we will see the deepest lake in the United States and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Winter schedule (October 1 - Mid of April) : After breakfast, we'll go to Pioneer Courthouse Square, also known as Portland's living room. We will visit Japanese American Historical Plaza, we will see the Steel Bridge, Hawthorne Bridge. And later we will visit RoseQuarter(outside visit) and the Grotto.

  • Crater Lake National Park, OR

    The lake was formed after the collapse of mount mazama - an ancient volcano that erupted approximately 7,700 years ago, the length of lake is 6 miles and width is 4 miles with a depth of 1932 feet.

Day 4: Portland - Columbia River Gorge - Olympia - Seattle(238 miles)

Today we will visit The Grotto, the International Rose Test Garden and Pittock Mansion. Then go to the Columbia River Gorge. The magnificent view of the river valley scenic area includes Multnomah, a famous 620 feet falls. Our next stop is to see Salmon Fish Migration. Ballard locks fish ladder (21 steps) is the biggest fish ladder among Northwestern America. At the end of the day, we'll visit Olympia, the capital city of the State of Washington, to see the state house. Stay at Seattle for the night.

    International Rose Test Garden

    This botanical garden dedicated entirely to roses and finding new varieties of the plant is home to more than 10,000 roses of more than 550 different varieties. It is open to the public daily.

    (Outside Visit) Home to the State Legislature, the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, and Treasurer for the state of Washington, this building is American Neoclassical in design. The State Supreme Court building and the Governor's Mansion are also on this campus.

Day 5: Choose 1 from Seattle City Tour, Olympic National Park or Mt Rainier National Park

Seattle

Today, we will go on a sightseeing tour of the area, visiting the Museum of Flight, Pike Place Market, the First Starbucks Store. We will also visit the outside of Space Needle and go to Sky View Obervatory at Columbia Center. After that we will continue to visit Chihuly Garden and Glass , the EMP Museumand Pioneer Square. Afterwards, the tour will come to an end. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

    Pike Place Market

    (Outside Visit) This icon of the American Northwest has adorned everything for movie screens to postage stamps. Built in 1961 for the 1962 World's Fair, the Space Needle features outdoor elevators and a rotating restaurant at its top.

    Sky View Observatory at Columbia Center

    Sky View Observatory at Columbia Center is one of Seattle's new landmarks and most popular Observatories. Take the elevator to the sightseeing floor and enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of downtown Seattle: the Ferris Wheel, Puget Sound, Space Needle, Microsoft, Mt. Rainier and more.

    Chihuly Garden and Glass

    This magnificent garden is an exhibit at the Seattle Center that displays the incredible glassworks of Dale Chihuly. The facility includes a garden, a glasshouse, interior exhibits, and a theater. Inside the glasshouse is a 100 foot long structure.

    EMP Museum

    The museum is founded by Microsoft co- founder Paul Allen and designed by Avant grade designer Frank Gehryhe, located at the foot of the Space Needle. Its colorful appearance is made up by 3000 pieces of metal means to present the strength of music and the beauty of flowing.

    Pioneer Square

    Pioneer Square in southwest Seattle, Washington is both the name of a neighborhood and the name of its central square. The Pioneer Square-Skid Road Historic District is listed on the United States' National Register of Historic Places.

Seattle - Olympic National Park - Seattle(121 miles)

Today, we will head to Olympic National Park, which contains almost one million acres of land and 900 miles of trails. We will visit the park's main attractions, Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. (If we can't drive to the Hurricane Ridge due to the bad weather, we will go to Marymere Falls) Afterwards, we will return to Seattle to bring an end to this tour. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
  • Olympic National Park, WA

    This UNESCO World Heritage Site in the northwesternmost corner of the United States is best known for being part of the largest temperate rainforest on the planet. It is also home to gorgeous coastline and a portion of the Olympic Mountains.

Option 3:

Mt. Rainier National Park - Seattle(57 miles)

Today, we will head to Mount Rainier National Park. Along the way, we will arrange parking for 1-2 attractions according to the actual situation: Christine Falls (via), Narada Falls, Paradise Visitor Center (including glacier overlooking, Martha Falls, Wildflower meadow at Paradise, etc. in case of bad winter weather, we will go to the Longmire instead). In the summer, we will traverse the Volcano Mountains. Afterwards, we will return to Seattle, where the tour will come to an end.
  • Mount Rainier National Park, WA

    Mount Rainier National Park is named for Mount Rainier itself, the tallest peak in the United States and an active volcano predicted to massively erupt sometime in the next decade. Still, more than a million people visit its slopes each year.

  • Airport/Port meet and greet: Free airport pick up in SEA-TAC International Airport is between 9:00am and 10:00pm. Paid 24h pick-up: $120 per first two persons with $10 for each additional person. Free Port pick up is 12:00pm at noon (Pier 91 address: 2001 W Garfield St, Seattle, WA 98119).
  • Upon your tour completion, we will send you to the Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Please book your flights departing after 7:00pm. Or we will send you back to Chinatown Gate after the tour completed.

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    If requested 11 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deductions of all hotels, air tickets, credit card processing fees and any expenses incurred.
    If requested is in between 8 days to 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deduction of 50% of tour price, as well as hotel, air tickets and any expenses incurred.
    If requested within 7 days from the tour departure date, no refund will be allowed.
    If the customer chose to discontinue tour before the tour is finished or miss any part of the tour, no refund would be allowed. In addition, it is the client own responsibilities for all consequences arises from an early termination of the tour.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Additional Note

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date.
  • Post-tour: At the end of Tour, our tour guide and driver will bring our guests to hotel, and assist in check in process if you book "Red Lion Inn/ Courtyard Federal Way/ Fairland Inn or equivalent" .
    Also 24 Hour Airport drop-off service for the next day, but please note that the check-out time for hotel is 11:00 AM.. You can choose one of the following drop-off location: airport(SEA),Seattle Cruise terminal, Seattle Chinatown, king street station/ union station/Greyhound Bus Station.
