    Pricing Policy

    • Listed prices are subject to change as hotel availability may be limited. Alternate hotel selections and travel dates will be advised (within one business day) and prices will vary.
    • Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.
    • Child price applies to children 15 and under, sharing a room with 2 adults.
    Day 1

    Hometown - Seattle - Vancouver (141 miles)

    When you arrive in Seattle, our tour guide will arrange to meet you at Baggage Claim Belt #1, by 12:00 pm. A complimentary mini-excursion (of approximately 2 hours) of Seattle will be provided for all travelers scheduled to arrive before 12:30pm, visiting Fisherman's Wharf, Pioneer Square, and the Space Needle, before crossing the border to our hotel in Vancouver for the night.

    Day 2

    Vancouver - Kamloops - Wellsgray Park - Valemount (418 miles)

    Today, we will take the Trans-Canada Highway and travel along the Fraser Valley, heading towards the Canadian Rockies. At noon, we will arrive at the Sunmore Ginseng Spa & Factory to explore the production process and learn more about this popular and medicinal root. After lunch, we will travel toward the small town of Clearwater, where we will visit the nearby provincial park at Wells Gray. Here, we will admire the Helmcken Falls, the fourth largest waterfall in Canada, left over from the Ice Age period. Afterwards, we値l head East and stay overnight at a small town close to the Canadian Rockies called Valemount.

    Day 3

    Valemount - Jasper - Columbia Ice field - Banff (256 miles)

    In the morning, we will depart Valemount and stop at the glacier-covered Mount Robson, the highest point in the Canadian Rockies. Next, we値l head towards the Jasper National Park to see Marline Canyon, and in the afternoon, we値l visit the town of Jasper, followed by a visit to the scenic Athabasca Falls. Next, at a stop at the Columbia Ice Field, we値l have a chance to join the Glacier Snow coach tour, which will take us on a ride atop a mountain glacier; afterwards, we値l pass by Peyto Lake and Bow Lake in Banff National Park on our way to our overnight stay in the township of Banff, where we値l have plenty of time to shop or walk around before the day ends.

    Day 4

    Banff National Park - Lake Louise - Yoho National Park - Vernon (267 miles)

    Today, we値l head to Banff National Park and the spectacular Lake Louise. This picturesque, beautifully pristine glacial lake is named after Princess Louise Caroline Alberta, beloved daughter of Queen Victoria. Its calm, idyllic waters are a celebrated seasonal destination for both tourists and locals. In the afternoon, we will take a Gondola ride (included) to the top of beautiful Rocky Mountain for a better view of this stunning wilderness area. Afterwards, we値l head towards Yoho National Park on the edge of the Continental Divide, and then continue our drive over Roger痴 Pass in the Sellkirk Mountains, and past the Last Spike on the Canadian Pacific Railway, an important symbol of Canadian unification. We will stay overnight at Vernon.

    Day 5

    Vernon - Kelowna - Lake Cruise - Vancouver (274 miles)

    This morning we head for British Columbia fruit country in the Lake Okanogan area. During the summer there is an abundance of fruit to pick, such as cherries, plums, peaches and apples. We will also visit a bee farm and winery where we will sample the products of the area, including some delicious Canadian Ice wine. After a boat cruise on Lake Okanogan (included), we will return to Vancouver for the night.

    Day 6

    Vancouver - Seattle Airport (140 miles)

    Today we will arrange a shuttle transfer to Seattle Airport.

    Please arrange your return flight from Seattle after 3:30pm.

    You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

    Cancellation penalties per person as follows:

    • 21 - 30 days or more before departure - 30% of total purchase amount
    • 15 - 20 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
    • 0 - 14 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
