Pricing Policy

Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are under 12 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses.
According to the related regulations about Ontario bus transportation, all under 2 yrs old infants must possess the bus seats. Thus the prices for adult children (including infants) are the same; infants don't need to pay for the tour guides service.

Day 1

In the early morning, we will head to downtown Toronto, making photo stops at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, the University of Toronto and Chinatown. We will have the chance to go to the observation deck of the CN Tower to get an amazing view of the city and Lake Ontario. If weather permits, we can take a Central Island cruise among the Toronto Islands. After lunch, we will visit Casa Loma, which is now the preferred photography attraction in Toronto.

Ontario Legislative Building (Outside Visit)

The Ontario Legislative Building in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is the seventh structure to function as the parliamentary building of the province of Ontario. This impressive building is in the Richardsonian Romanesque architectural style and was built in 1893.

University of Toronto

Routinely placed in the top 30 institutions of higher learning in the world, the University of Toronto has been educating the masses since 1827. Widely considered the best university in Canada, it is known for its pioneering research.

Chinatown

One of the largest Chinatowns in North America is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Toronto contains several Chinatowns. This one is the oldest, dating back to the 1870s, and the historical area features many authentic groceries, restaurants, and shops.

CN Tower

Most recognizable landmark and the tallest building in Canada. Enjoy panoramic views through glass floor observation decks and see why this structure was recently nominated one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

Casa Loma

This century-old Gothic-style house in Toronto was originally the home of financier Sir Henry Mill Pellatt. Today, it serves as a museum that showcases the history of life in Toronto and what life was like in the early 1900s.

Toronto Centre Island Cruise

Take the sightseeing Central Island Cruise across to the Toronto Islands. Have a walk on the islands and enjoy the beautiful view of Toronto skyline.

Ripley's Aquarium of Canada

Just south of the CN Tower in Toronto, you will find Ripley's Aquarium, opened in 2013. It is divided into nine galleries, each themed after a specific marine environment, showcasing the diverse animals that live in each.

Replaced the Central Island Cruise by visiting the Ripley's Aquarium from Nov to Dec.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Policies

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
