  • We were a group of seven and booked the tour last minute. Although it was a 3 day tour, a lot of places were covered within this short period. Our tour guide Joyce was very helpful and informative. Ours was a big group of over 50 people and she handled everything well. I believe the trip could've been better if they had left a few spots for the 3rd day instead of covering a lot of them on the 1st day. Extending the stop time to at least 45 minutes/spot instead of 30 minutes would be better as well. We stayed at the Sandman hotel on the 1st night and the hotel was nice. But the second day's accommodation was arranged at the universal hotel which was old and run down. The 2nd day accommodation could've been better. We opted for all the meals that the company had arranged and we enjoyed them a lot. Overall it was a nice trip. Looking forward to many more in future.

  • AC in the bus was not working and not fixed till the end of tour. The tour guide collected excess money in cash for entry fees and hotel meals before the tour started. He collected more than the actual price of tickets that he paid. He misled by saying he was collecting exact price for convenience of group booking. He was unethical and unprofessional. Hotels were good.

  • Very nice trip! A lot of interesting places to visit in such a short time, but definitively our tour guide Weaver was exceptional in making tu e most out of it. He was very knowledgeable and shared very good details. Hotels were good and food places were very good and affordable! The bus could improve but it wasn’t bad either.

  • The tour guide and the driver were nice. The standard hotels were clean and good. The itinerary was awful except for the thousand Island cruise, which was nice. The restaurants were nauseating. I would not take this trip or go with this company again.

  • Guide Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fortunately got English speaking group and mixed travellers from various countries. There are addon costs like attractions and food. Arrangements are well done. Attractions were mandatory to chose but food was optional except at one place. Also add on cost for driver and guide tip is quite high 16 per day per person. Total cost is more than double of what one books. Overall excellent experience. Will recommend others.
