Day 1: Vancouver-Leavenworth-Wenatchee (375 km)

Today, we will depart from Vancouver in the morning and head over to Washington State and arrive in Leavenworth. During the Christmas season every year, the town is decorated with lanterns and decorations that are perfect for you to discover. There are so many opportunities to participate in and a variety of activities to enjoy the Christmas festivities.

Leavenworth, WA

This small town in central Washington is a popular ski destination. The town center is designed after a Bavarian village. It hosts an annual Oktoberfest celebration.

Day 2: Wenatchee-Everett-Seattle-Vancouver (426 km)

After breakfast, we will go to Everett, where the scene store which is a favorite amongst the Funko fans. There are many themes in the store, including Harry Potter, ice and snow, the Marvel series, and many limited-edition dolls. In addition to buying beloved Chaowa, you can also take photos with 1:1 life size Funko dolls. If you are imaginative, you may also take home a unique exclusive doll DIY! Shortly after, we will go to the Seattle Premium Outlets, which is a shopping paradise before returning back to Vancouver.

Funkois a leading pop culture lifestyle brand. The company's first manufactured bobblehead was of the well-known restaurant advertising icon, the Big Boy mascot. It provides a connection to pop culture with a product line that includes vinyl figures, action toys, plush, apparel, board games, housewares, NFTs and accessories. The company powers the Loungefly, Mondo, Funko Games and Digital Pop! It also offers a large selection of pop culture consumer products.

This city in the top-left corner of the United States is a major seaport as well as a cultural center. Whether you want to enjoy the scenery, grab some great coffee, or learn history, Seattle has something to offer.

110 stores are located here including Adidas, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, BCBG Max Azria, Burberry, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Guess, Lacoste, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and so on. Stop at Tulalip Resort Casino, where you can gamble and enjoy the great entrainment programs & foods.

Price Excludes

Air fares between your city and the departure city.
All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver (USD$12.00 OR CAD $15.00/day/person).
Personal room fees, such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
Any private expenses.

Additional Note

U.S. and Canadian side - A valid passport and visa (if applicable) are required to enter Canada. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. Weare not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. We will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 2-3 business day.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
31 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
15-30 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
We reserve right to cancel a schedule and fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
Hotel Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $300/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.
The tour schedule is for reference only, tour operator may make adjustment according to the actual situation.
City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
