Day 1: Vancouver-Kelowna-Okanagan (396 km)

In the morning, we will head to Kelowna: the hometown of fruits in BC and we will visit the famous local "VQA" rare wine winery. Afterwards, we will take a visit to the Okanagan Lake.

One of the most liveable cities in Canada. Kelowna is the largest city in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Bordering Okanagan Lake, Kelowna is well known for its hot summers and temperate winters.

VQA Wine Shop

The Vintners Quality Alliance is an association in British Columbia and Ontario that seeks to guarantee the quality of Canadian wines. Canadian wineries are notable for their ice wines, in which grapes are frozen before being fermented and processed.
Okanagan, BC

It is one of the warmest regions in all of Canada. During the summer months, visitors are offered countless sandy beaches, hot sun, and a variety of outdoor and water activities. It is also a spectacular backdrop to the golf courses and Okanagan wineries and popular ski resorts.

Okanagan Lake

This large and deep lake in the Okanagan Valley region of Canada's British Columbia is a popular recreation spot that offers a variety of activities in addition to gorgeous scenery. It has a surface area of 351 square kilometers.

Day 2: Kelowna

In the morning, we will head to the famous Big White Ski Resort! You can take a skiing course by a professional coach to learn several skiing techniques and enjoy skiing in a short time! It's fun to climb over the snow mountain peak and cross the snow path. In addition, you can also take part in the snow tire and other snow activities with your family.

The Big White Ski Resort is famous for its dry snow. The ski trails in the ski resort are changeable, and the ski trails and excellent snow quality make it a fabulous ski resort. The resort is equipped with all kinds of facilities, which is especially suitable for family outings or gatherings of friends. In addition to downhill skiing and snowboarding, it can also carry out many other interesting winter activities, including snowshoeing, skating, snowmobile, dog sled, and horse sled etc..

Day 3: Kelowna-Vancouver (390 km)

Rise and shine! Follow us and take another visit to the Big White Ski Resort! You can continue to enjoy the pleasure of skiing. Also, you can choose to participate in various activities at your own expense, such as skating, snowmobile, snowmobile, dog sledding, horse sledding. We will return to Vancouver in the afternoon.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Air fares between your city and the departure city.
All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver (USD$12.00 OR CAD $15.00/day/person).
Personal room fees, such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
Any private expenses.

Additional Note

Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 2-3 business day.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person
(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
31 days or more prior to departure - CAD$25/person.
21-30 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
15-20 days prior to departure - 75% of total purchase amount.
Within 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
No cancel and No change is allowed for any tour involved in train or cruise, OR 100% of total purchase amount will be charged.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
We reserve right to cancel a schedule and fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
