    Guests joining the tour in Vancouver should meet the tour guide at the luggage carousel #3 for domestic arrivals and in the arrival lobby by the aboriginal sculpture for internationals. Those who arrive Vancouver YVR airport before 12:00pm will have chance to enjoy a tour of the city that visits Chinatown, Stanley Park and Gastown.

    Guests joining the tour in Seattle should meet the tour guide at 12:00pm at Baggage Claim Belt #14. They will then embark on a complimentary mini-excursion of the city, visiting Pioneer Square and the Space Needle before traveling to Vancouver.

    Leaving from Vancouver we will drive through the valley of Fraser to Merritt. After lunch, we will visit the famous Ginseng Factory. Then continue our trip to Wells Gray Provincial Park and we will spend the night in Valemount, BC.

    Valemount - Mt Robson - Jasper - Columbia Icefield - Calgary (326 miles)

    Today we will visit pass Mount Robson and enter the Japser National Park, where we will ride on the specially designed Ice Explorer onto the surface of the stunning Columbia Icefield, followed by a walk on the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform 918 feet above spectacular glacier-formed valleys. At last, we will pass Bow Lake and Crowfoot Glacier, then spend the night in Calgary.

      It is the nearest community to the west of Jasper National Park, and is also the nearest community to Mount Robson Provincial Park. This is a planned new ski and sightseeing resort.

    Today, we will head to Banff and enjoy the views of the Lake Louise. We can also take a sightseeing gondola that will provide us with an amazing view of Banff National Park. Then, we will continue to Yoho National Park and pass Rogers Pass. At the night we will stay at Salmon Arm or Vernon.

    • Option one is taking a city tour of Vancouver that includes visits to Capilano Suspension Bridge, Cliffwalk, Queen Elizabeth Park, Gas Town, Chinatown, Stanley Park and more!
    • Option two is a ferry to Victoria to tour this beautiful city, stopping at the Butchart Gardens, Empress Hotel, Chinatown, the Legislative Buildings, Beacon Hill Park, and the Mile Zero Monument.
    • Option three is an excursion to Whistler, BC, driving along the Sea-to-Sky Highway out of Vancouver. On the way, you can see Horseshoe Bay, Shannon Falls, Squamish; Another highlight is to ride the Peak to Peak Gondola and overlook view of Whistler Ski Resort.
      In the evening, we will return to Vancouver.

    Vancouver - Seattle (142 miles)

    Visitors will be transferred to the Vancouver airport for flights home. Alternatively, guests may choose to be bussed back to Seattle for an extra fee. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

    • Airport Pickup: Free transfer from the Vancouver airport is available from 8:00am to 9:00pm. Paid Airport (YVR) Pickup: 8:00am - 11:00pm, no need to wait other guests. First two persons charged $125 in total; every one more person charged additional $12.5 per person. Pier Pickup Vancouver In Guests Only: $17 one way per person, wait in front of Pan Pacific Hotel at 09:00. Those arriving in Seattle will have to pay a transportation fee. Your tour escort will be holding a sign with your name.
      • For those who will join the tour in Vancouver: Domestic arrivals should meet at the number 3 luggage carousel, and international arrivals in the arrival lobby (Aboriginal sculpture).
      • For those who will join the tour in Seattle: Please meet the tour guide at 12:00pm at luggage carousel number 14 or 1:00pm at the Ticket Office of Seattle Space Needle.
    • Airport Dropoff: Guests will be dropped off at the Vancouver airport for free between 6:00am - 11:00pm. Deluxe hotel providing 24-hour free hotel shuttle to YVR. You may also opt to be driven back to the Seattle airport at 7:00am for a transportation fee. Those departing from Seattle should schedule their flights to depart after 3:30pm.

      Confirmation

    • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

    Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 31 days or more before departure - $50/per person penalty will be charged.
    • 21 - 30 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
    • 8 - 20 days before of departure - 75% of total purchase amount
    • 0 - 7 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
