Day 1: Washington DC

Today, we will explore Washington, DC by taking the Washington DC in-depth tour. Then we will outside visit the White House and move to Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial. Then we will take the Night Tour, stop by the Jefferson Memorial, World War II Memorial, and see the night view of Capitol Hill and White House. If time permits, we will visit Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.

    Washington DC In-Depth tour

    Washington DC in Depth Tour Including the Capitol Hill (Inside visit), Library of congress (Inside visit), Supreme Court (Photo stop).If Capitol Hill and Library of Congress is closed, then DC in-depth tour would be adjusted as visiting US Marine Corps War Memorial and US Air Force Memorial.

    When the US Capitol and Library of congress is closed, the DC In-depth Tour itinerary will be changed to visit the Marine Corps War Memorial (15 minutes) and US Air Force Monument (30 minutes).

    Lincoln Memorial

    This iconic American monument honors the 16th president of the United States. Abraham Lincoln was president during the American Civil War, and is most famous for the Emancipation Proclamation that freed all of the slaves in the US.

    Vietnam Veterans Memorial

    This memorial in Washington, DC serves as a place to remember the American soldier who were lost or killed during the tumultuous Vietnam War. Originally controversial in design, the simple memorial has become a shrine for the American people.

    Korean War Veterans Memorial

    This memorial commemorates those who served for the United States in the Korean War. It is located south of the Reflecting Pool at the National Mall. The simple memorial is triangular in shape will a circle at the top.

    Washington Monument

    (Passing By) This iconic obelisk is a memorial to the commander-in-chief of the American revolutionary army and eventual the first president of the United States of America, George Washington. The massive stone structure began construction in 1848.

Today, we will visit the Corning Museum of Glass. Then, we will continue to Niagara Falls, where guests can explore at their own pace or choose to take an in-depth tour of the area for an extra fee that visits Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara. Additionally, there is an optional night tour of the Canadian side of the falls available for those with both Canadian and U.S. visas ( minimum 4 people).

We will begin our day by visiting the campuses of Harvard University and MIT. Afterwards, we will continue exploring Boston, seeing Trinity Church and the John Hancock Building, then embarking on a cruise of Boston Harbor. After stopping by Quincy Market for some lunch, we will pass the Boston Common, the Public Gardens, Boston Public Library and the Massachusetts State House. After that we'll back to New York City.

Today we will tour the city of New York. Our first stop of the day will be Flatiron Building. Enjoy the Italy food like Gelato, Pizza, Pasta and more in Eataly. Then we will move to see the Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center and Christmas window in Fifth Avenue. In the afternoon, we will head to Times Square to feel New Year's Eve Countdown. Cheer with the entire world as the ball drops!

    • Booking and Reservation
      All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
    • Travel Documents
      Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
    • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
      Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

      Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
      21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
      8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.

      Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.

      All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.

      Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
    • Luggage Restriction
      Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
