  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 4-12 yrs old. Please inform us the date of birth of all the children in your group at tour booking. Tour operator is entitled to decline customers who take infants or children that there is no registration in advance.

We offer flexible schedules, from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm, for your convenience. The views in Lower Antelope Canyon change constantly as the sun moves across the sky, filtering lights softly across the stone walls. These ever-moving sun angles bounce light back and forth across the narrow canyon's walls, creating a dazzling display of color, light, and shadow.

    Please pick up the ticket with your valid photo ID. Guests need to check in 1 hour earlier by themselves at the ticket office

    Page is on Arizona Time (Mountain Standard Time) Nov - Mar, AZ time is 1 hour ahead NV time (PST - Pacific Standard Time). (e.g., when NV time is 10:00am, AZ time is 11:00am).
  • If there are any problem with ticket redemption, please contact 702-430-6620. If entry is denied due to failure to do the above, guests will be solely responsible for the loss.

  • The actual number of tickets will fluctuate. We will contact you to adjust the time when the selected time is sold out.
  • Guests must arrive at least 1 hour prior to the selected tour time to reserve the spot. You Can Not enter the canyon if you are late and need to bear the loss by yourself. No Refund for late arrival.
  • Cameras are welcome but please NO tripods, monopods or/and selfie sticks. Bags are also Not allowed on the tour.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    30 days more prior to departure - No penalty.
    15-29 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    8-14days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure no show or late - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • Luggage: ONLY backpacks or purses are allowed on the bus. No large bags or luggage. If customers have large size suitcases, luggage storage services are available at hotel concierge; or you can contact the tour guide one day prior to departure date and leave large size luggage at the local office (in Las Vegas). Please don't bring any luggage larger than 10*11*18 inches. For Antelope Canyon: NO bags are allowed in Antelope Canyon! Only CLEAR bags that can see through are allowed. The guest who does NOT follow the rule will not be allowed on the tour.
