Day 1

7:30AM - 8:00AM: The tourist bus will pick you up at your hotel for departure to the Bai Dinh Pagoda.
10:30AM - 10:40AM: We will arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam. We will have free time with our tour guide to visit this pagoda and learn more about buddism religion.
11:50AM - 12:00PM: Enjoy a buffet lunch with Vietnamese cuisine.
1:00PM - 1:10PM: Get on the tourist bus. We will continue going to Trang An and take boat trip to visit Trang An Cave complex and the scene of King Kong film.
2:45PM - 3:00PM: Come back to Trang An wharf, take a bicycle to visit traditional villages around Trang An area and enjoy Vietnamese tea break.
4:45PM - 5:00PM: Get on our tourist bus to return Ha Noi.
7:00PM - 7:30PM: Arrive in Ha Noi and drop off at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter.

Trang An Grottoes

Trang An Grottoes is a complex beauty, landscapes called as an "outdoor geological museum" with numerous caves, mountains, valley water, trees and the historic relic.

Bai Dinh Pagoda

Bai Dinh Pagoda is one of the biggest in Vietnam and also of the South East Asia with hundreds of statues. The temple covers an area of 539ha, including 27ha ancient temple area, 80ha new temple area. Looking from the height of 100m, the panorama of the pagoda is taken into view with incredible beauty.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person
(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
