Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. Your e-ticket will be automatically e-mailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of the e-ticket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

I'm not from the U.S. What type of ID do I need to bring? You should bring a valid photo ID (passport, licencse, ID Card). If you are going to travel to more than one country on your tour, you must make sure you meet the visa requirements of those countries. Please check with your local embassy for details.
Do I need to bring car seat for my child?

You may bring a car seat if necessary, although it is not a requirement. However, every person occupying a seat needs to have a ticket, even infants.

For most of the tours, children under 2 years who sit on your lap are not required to have a ticket, unless otherwise indicated on the tour page.

Do I need to apply for a visa to go to Canada? If you are planning to take a tour to Canada, please check all the visa requirements before booking.Passports are required. Some nationalities may need both a US visa and a Canada visa. Please check this link for the most up-to-date info on requirements.http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp
Can I get an invitation letter for a visa application? Please note that we do not process visa applications. We recommend that passengers applying for visas copy the tour itinerary that is mentioned from our web site on their applications.If you would like to have a written letter from us to ensure your application goes through, there will be a $100 non-refundable deposit per order. If the application gets approved, the $100 can be used as credit towards the whole tour payment. If the application gets declined, this amount will be forfeited .The amount cannot be transferred to another product.
To start this process, please book the tour online and select the Personal Checks or Money Order option under Payment Method. You will receive an order number. Please put the order number in the VISA Invitation Form and email it to support@taketours.com.
Do I need to print out my E-ticket? Tickets can be presented for boarding from your mobile app, confirmation email, or with a printout of your eTicket (confirmation email).
